Coronation Street spoilers: Evil Phelan finds Anna Windass unconscious and alone

The evil builder has made Anna's life a living hell and now he's her only hope

ANNA Windass is saved by an unlikely force in Coronation Street.

The cafe worker - who is played by actress Debbie Rush - was knocked unconscious after she fell down the stairs, forcing her young step-son Jack Webster to leave the house for help.

But instead of fetching someone helpful, Jack is found by evil Pat Phelan who Corrie fans will remember forced Anna to sleep with him and began his reign of terror on the cobbles.

Phelan spots a frightened Jack wandering the cobbles on his own and when the little lad explains what’s happened to his father’s girlfriend, the crooked builder breaks down the door at No.13 and helps Anna back on her feet.

While she isn’t exactly thrilled to see her sworn enemy, Kevin is even more shocked to arrive home to find the crook in his house.

Still, Phelan’s Good Samaritan act is all for show.
