CCB star and plastic surgery addict Alicia Douvall reveals how botched bum implants have ruined her sex life… and could kill her
The ex-glamour model refuses to have her potentially deadly implants moved, despite learning they have been leaking for years, in case she's left with a saggy bum
Alicia Douvall made her name bedding the rich and famous – then spilling all the saucy secrets.
But the former glamour model, who once boasted of 11-times-a-night romps with Simon Cowell, is now terrified of sex and fears her botched bum implants could kill her.
The self-confessed plastic surgery addict has learned the implants have been LEAKING potentially deadly silicone into her body for years.
Yet she tells The Sun that, despite the pain and her ruined sex life, she will not have them removed — in case she is left with a saggy bum.
Mum-of-two Alicia, 37, says: “My bum implants have completely disintegrated so I have silicone in my body.
“A surgeon has said you can’t go on like that forever. No one knows what the effect of silicone in your body is but I did research on it.
“There is a type of cancer it can cause as well as ME, thyroid problems, all sorts of things.
“There have been cases of people illegally injecting silicone into their body and they’ve died.”
She adds: “There are certain sex things I wouldn’t do because of my implants — I’m worried about all of my implants during sex. It definitely makes an impact on your sex life, it changes things.
“Men think those implants are there for their pleasure but it’s ‘look but don’t touch’.”
The worry about her leaking implants impacts on her whole life.
Alicia says: “From the day I had them I’ve been in pain and it gets worse each day. I can’t go to the cinema, I can’t go to the theatre, anything that requires me to sit down. I can sit down for 15 to 20 minutes, max.
“I don’t go on Thorpe Park rides, for instance, I don’t even do squats because I’m worried about my butt implants.
“No surgeon will operate on me, not one. They will only remove the implants, not replace them. If I have them removed I’ll have a baggy bum.”
Alicia is clearly proud of her bottom. She flashed it when The Sun pictured her leaving The Dorchester in London recently wearing just a sheer red baby doll dress, a thong and boots.
But she can’t afford to get the dangerous implants replaced after blowing £1.5million on more than 350 cosmetic procedures over the past 20 years.
In desperation, penniless Alicia has turned to Channel 5’s Celebrity Botched Up Bodies. She has been on the TV show before for a boob operation.
Alicia says: “My breast had gone rock hard and it was up by my chin. When they operated the surgeon found this blood clot that had been there for seven years.”
She has also seen a doctor in America who she says treats Kim Kardashian, and who achieves a big bottom for clients without implants.
She reveals: “I know Kim’s surgeon and she puts on fat. This drink helps you put on fat and you have the fat put in. Some of it does disintegrate and you have to have it done all the time. Butt implants don’t go.”
These injections are not a permanent solution but they are safer than implants.
But Alicia struggled with the idea of putting on weight, especially after finding out they can only inject fat taken from the legs and thighs.
She might have consulted Kim Kardashian’s doctor but she is no fan of the star and her clan, saying:
“The Kardashians are a ticking time bomb of looking really bad one day.”
Alicia, mum to Georgia, 21, and five-year-old Papaya, vows: “I would never let my kids go under the knife. If they wanted surgery I would invest in counselling for them.
“Plastic surgery is a sign of insecurity, you’re wearing your insecurity on your sleeve. No mother should ever encourage or accept their daughter having plastic surgery.”
Although her children have begged Alicia to have her toxic bottom implants taken out, she is also scared of going back under the knife again.
She says: “Georgia is really angry with me and wishes I’d see sense. But I’m worried I’d be addicted to surgery again.”
Alicia, who had her bum implants in 2004, at the height of her addiction, recalls: “The surgeon could have said, ‘You need horns in your head’ and I’d have had it done.
“He said, ‘You have such big boobs, you need a bum, it’s all about symmetry’. Once he put that idea in my head, at that point in my life, there was no going back.
"I would put surgery before everything. It was like crack to me, I’d sell my grandmother for the next hit.
"I’d rather have had plastic surgery than pay Georgia’s school fees or the rent.
“I would have gone homeless — and I did eventually.
“It was a proper addiction where nothing else mattered.
“Each operation you think will be your last and you think, ‘OK, if I sort this out I’ll earn more money’, or ‘I’ll be happier and it will be fine’.
“I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I don’t take drugs. I have no other vices except plastic surgery.
“I wish I’d spent £1.5million on a house for my family instead of plastic surgery. If I had a million pounds now I’d have a house, no mortgage and a toy boy.

“I believed the plastic surgery would help me towards getting a £1million house.
“I thought that through modelling I would meet a man and we’d get a house together.
“But plastic surgery just meant I met the wrong men — and I was so obsessed with surgery that I couldn’t meet anyone properly anyway.”
Alicia appears on Channel 5’s Celebrity Botched Up Bodies on Sunday.
