Inside Fat Tony’s upcoming wedding with star-studded guest list and performance from A-list pop star
The DJ plans to honour the people he knew who died of HIV and AIDs during the Eighties and Nineties
IT’S been a while since there has been a huge showbiz wedding, but 2024’s biggest bash looks set to come from a surprising source.
The stellar guest list for the nuptials of Kate Moss’s best mate DJ Fat Tony will take some beating.
When he ties the knot with long-term partner Stavros Agapiou, Boy George will be his best man and the reception will feature a performance from Kylie Minogue.
There are bound to be plenty more big names there, as Tony counts everyone from David Walliams, Becky Hill, Davina McCall and Lulu to Maya Jama and Gemma Collins as his pals.
The well-connected disc jockey proposed to Stavros in New York in October.
Chatting to comedians James Barr and Dan Hudson on , out today (27th), he said: “Kylie is gonna sing. She already said it. Yeah, believe it or not.
“My best man is Boy George. I asked him the other day because he’s one of my oldest friends in life and he’s been through so much with me, and he’s a complete c***.
“Dior are doing the suits and I don’t think they’ve got enough fabric for it.”
It will be an especially poignant occasion for the DJ and his friends, as he plans to honour the people he knew who died of HIV and AIDs during the Eighties and Nineties.
And he has enlisted Bronski Beat star Jimmy Somerville to sing the group’s 1984 song Smalltown Boy, about a gay youngster not being accepted by his family.
Fat Tony, who last year told his out- rageous life story including his recovery from drug addiction in his memoir, I Don’t Take Requests, said: “There’s a church in Earls Court.
“When we died of Aids, no one else would touch us because they didn’t want to bury us into the ground.
“We weren’t allowed to be buried. We had to be burned. This church was the only place that had love and compassion for our community.
“I want to get married in there because for me, it’s full circle. It’s for everybody that didn’t make it to that point.
“It’s a really big thing. I want Jimmy Somerville to sing Smalltown Boy at the church. I asked him many years ago and he said yes.”

A Grande return in 2024
AFTE Ariana GrandeE took a break from music, 2024 looks set to welcome her return.
The pint-size singer has been working hard in the studio, teaming up with hit-maker Max Martin.
The duo previously worked together on her 2018 track No Tears Left To Cry.
Actor Bowen Yang, who stars alongside Ariana in the new Wicked films, teased: “There are several bops on it – everyone is going to be gagged. Ariana and Max killed it.”
While Ariana is tight-lipped about her seventh album, Bizarre understands fans should expect to hear tracks before the summer.
ALEX & JESS’S XMAS GETAWAY
CHRISTMAS shore was different for Jess Glynne than in previous years.
The Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself singer ditched London for an exotic beach holiday with new love Alex Scott.
The couple took to social media to share a series of snaps of themselves celebrating the big day by sipping drinks on stunning white sands.
Jess and Alex have been regularly seen at VIP events together since The Sun told of their blossoming romance in October.
Alex was on hand as Jess hosted an intimate party in North London that same month for her upcoming third album.
Jess told Bizarre at the time: “A lot has changed in my career. When I started writing this album, I went to LA on my own and it was really lonely. I had a lot of fallings-out, to the point where I didn’t believe in myself.”
It looks like Jess is now in the perfect position to kick off an epic 2024.
AS one quarter of All Saints, she topped the charts five times with hits including Pure Shores and Never Ever – both of which she wrote.
Now I’m told that singer-songwriter Shaznay Lewis is putting both her pen and voice to the test again, by relaunching her solo career.
She released her one and only solo record Open back in 2004 and two decades on, she is now planning to drop a follow-up.
A source said: “Shaznay is really well respected in the pop world because of her distinctive voice and talent for writing a brilliant tune.
“She has quietly been writing for quite a while now, and given All Saints aren’t active at the moment and the anniversary is approaching of her first solo record, it felt like the perfect time.”
As well as writing for herself and All Saints, Shaznay has penned tunes including Little Mix‘s How Ya Doin? and Stooshe’s Black Heart.
She hinted at her return to music when she was announced as a solo performer for next June’s Mighty Hoopla Festival in South London’s Brockwell Park.
All Saints were originally together from 1993 to 2001, then had another run from 2006 to 2008 and once again from 2013 to 2020.
But they have been on a hiatus since then, with no signs of new music or shows.
Shaznay clearly knows a thing or two about making memorable tunes, so we’re excited to learn what she’s been busy working on.
TAY’S FULL OF FESTIVE CHEER
TAYLOR SWIFT made sure her NFL star boyfriend Travis Kelce had a Christmas to remember despite his team losing to the Las Vegas Raiders in their festive showdown.
The superstar and her family made a 1,000-mile round trip to Kansas City from Nashville to cheer on her man.
Despite dressing casually for the match, the Anti-Hero singer sent a subtle message of support by rocking “T” earrings for Taylor and Travis and a festive Santa hat complete with Travis’s shirt number 87 on it.
In a sure sign their romance is heating up, both sets of parents were seen hanging out together during the game.
Taylor and Travis were first linked in September before going public with their romance a month later as she attended a match at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.
Taylor previously said: “By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple.
“I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard-launch a first date.”
MIMI MAKES IT HOME
SHE released festive track Back Home For Christmas last month.
But Mimi Webb was cutting it fine when it came to making it back to Blighty for December 25.
The singer enjoyed a last minute trip to South Africa – posting this poolside snap from Cape Town.
Staying true to her track, Mimi celebrated with a low-key family affair in her home town of Canterbury.
IRISH actor Barry Keoghan has revealed he refused to use a body double for his nude scenes in movie Saltburn.
Barry, who won Best Supporting Actor at this year’s Baftas for his role in The Banshees Of Inisherin, says “it felt totally right” to reveal all”, adding: “It’s ownership.”
In total his nude scene was shot 11 times – but Barry insists it became easier each time.
He adds: “After take one, I was ready to go. I was like, ‘Let’s go again. Let’s go again’.
“You kind of forget, because there’s such a comfortable environment created, and it gives you that licence to go, ‘All right – this is about the story now’.”
Kanye: My shame for vile abuse
KANYE WEST has finally apologised for spouting vile anti-Semitic comments for more than a year.
The rapper ex-husband of Kim Kardashian posted a statement in Hebrew in which he says he “deeply regrets” his outbursts.
Kanye previously praised Hitler and made a series of false statements about the Jewish community.
He was subsequently dropped from a series of lucrative brand deals and by his own talent agency.
In his statement, he said: “I sincerely apologise to the Jewish community for any unintended outburst caused by my words or actions.
“It was not my intention to hurt or demean, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused.”
He concluded: “Your forgiveness is important to me, and I am committed to making amends and promoting unity.”
Hopefully he will now learn to button it.
BEYONCE’s childhood home came dangerously close to being destroyed for ever.
The property, located in the Third Ward area of Houston, Texas, was seen ablaze after a fire broke out on Christmas Day.
Luckily emergency services were able to get things under control at the two-storey house but not before substantial damage had occurred.
The Single Ladies superstar lived there for the first five years of her life before she moved with her parents to a nearby property.
The home had become something of a pilgrimage site for Bey’s super-fans and was even included on historical tours of the city as a point of interest.
