Tina Malone reportedly calls in police following online abuse from vile Twitter trolls over her 12-stone weight loss

TINA Malone has reportedly called in police after she was bombarded with abuse from Twitter trolls over her 12-stone weight loss.
The Shameless star was seen heading to a police station in Merseyside on New Year's Eve and reports suggest she has contacted offices over online body-shaming.
The reports Tina, 53, made a complaint about the barrage of abuse she has been receiving via her social media accounts.
The trolls are said to have swamped her account with mean messages after Tina was pictured taking out her rubbish wearing a saucy night dress.
A source told the publication: "She was reporting trolls who had been abusing her after she was pictured taking out the bins in her lingerie a few days ago.
"She was upset and shaken up."

Tina hit back at the Twitter trolls shortly after Christmas after she was bombarded with foul-mouthed messages.
The nasty tweets are believed to have been about her weight loss after she dropped a massive 12 stone over the last few years.
She wrote in rant aimed at the trolls: "i am a mother yet you abuse me! you shudnt have children with your dirty,disgusting filthy evil mouth!..
"Your very sick [sic], i will pray for you as your angry,vicious,nasty,sad very insecure,i feel for your children x..."
She added: "Vile,horrible,saggy,flabby,talentless,w**re,disgusting,ugly,old,etc isnt abuse? oh and thick,ghastly,deluded,silly me xx...
" Your angry,aggressive,twisted what an outpouring of vile tweets at me for no reason other than i put my bins out dressed...
"In a ridiculous manner,i didnt hurt,steal,lie,abuse anyone just a bit of fun,you chose to hurl abuse at me for it?"
Tina went on to explain the pictures which showed her taking out the bins in her nightie, insisting she was poking fun at herself.
She added: "My little girl was laffin at me emptyin the bins dressed as a bear and my mum and auntie,so i put my nightie on,wasnt underw [sic]...
"So i was takin the mick out of myself as im capable of doing that x."
