Who is Maisie Gillespie?
Maisie Gillespie, 20, from Bristol, is no stranger to fame as she had previously been linked to Made in Chelsea star Alex Mytton and recently became caught up in a Snapchat scandal.
But when she's not causing trouble, Maisie studies politics with journalism at Cardiff University and works at Climax promotions where she looks after celeb guests.
What is her relationship with Tom Powell?
At the time, the hunky Welshman was still supposed to be in a relationship with former Miss Great Britain Sophie Gradon but the Snapchat sparked cheating allegations.
The Sun Online exclusively revealed that the woman at the centre of the show’s scandal was 20-year-old Maisie.
It is believed that she met Tom at work and he appeared to be so taken with the willowy blonde that he photographed her from behind her while she was barely dressed.
Maisie, who pals say has been single since March, is wearing just a red thong but there was nothing to suggest that the couple had sex.
Earlier in the day Maisie shared a flyer for the popular Twisted Ladybird night featuring Tom and fellow ex-Islander Javi on her Twitter account.
As well as placing lots of ‘heart eye’ emojis, she added the hashtag ‘who’s Sophie’, which in reference to Sophie Gradon, Tom’s girlfriend who he met while filming Love Island.
The couple vowed to stay true to one another, but viewers were sickened after they saw the bisexual beauty queen grow close to Katie Salmon despite promising herself to Tom.
However, Maisie's appearance in Tom's Snapchat has dented his public image, with many fans outraged that he might have cheated on his partner.
Why did she decide to go on Ex on the Beach?
The 20-year-old said she "came on Ex on the Beach because f*** it I'm single, I wanna have some fun and get a cracking good tan while I'm doing it."
When describing her ideal man, Maisie said she wanted him to be "big, tattooed, extremely rich and also owns the room when they walk in."
And went onto say: "I love someone who is quite cocky, turns me right on."
