Chanelle Hayes relaxes on a beach after admitting her size 18 figure is ‘too heavy’ and causing her health problems
The mum-of-one has revealed she's at risk of Diabetes and wants to be a size 12-14
CHANELLE Hayes has made a u-turn over her health and now says she is desperate to lose weight.
The former Big Brother star, 29, is made the revelation before heading off on a mini-break to Alicante, Spain.
The star had insisted she was happy as a size 18 but now she's revealed she has been taking painkillers to help with back pain which she believes is caused by her weight.
She has vowed to drop the pounds before heading off for a break in the sun.
Walking through the surf, she splashed around before spending a few moments readjusting her bikini.
The mum of one wore a pretty pink two piece which appeared to be causing her some bother as she attempted to do up one of her straps.
After her stroll Chanelle dipped down into the water to cool off before sitting in the sand and staring into the sunset.

When Chanelle returns to the UK, she's promised to overhaul her lifestyle.
In an emotional interview on This Morning, she said: I’m a size 18 – I’m too heavy. I'm on painkillers simply because I'm too heavy for my frame."
The reality star also revealed her doctor had diagnosed her as "on the brink of type two diabetes".
She confessed: "I'd like to be back to a size 12 or 14.
I'm just going to have to make better choices - I've got to be more responsible."
Chanelle continued: "It's not so much how I look - it's my left knee's always hurting, I slipped two discs, getting out of breath..."
She also admitted she'd often be "too tired" to play with her son Blakely.
The former model revealed she'd have to lose weight if she wanted to have any more children as her weight gain had affected her menstrual cycle.
Chanelle has even been blamed for helping her PE teacher boyfriend Ryan Oates pile on the pounds.
"I'm sure he'll be in the park whipping me into shape," she said.
"He's even said he put on weight because of me."
