TOM Hardy fans still recovering from seeing him read bedtime stories on the special New Year’s and Valentine's Day Jackanory, might want to brace themselves.
The hunky pin-up swapped fairy tales for gothic horror and returned to TV in dark drama Taboo - and tonight is the final episode.
But what’s the dark and twisted thriller all about and when is it on? Here’s all you need to know...
What is Taboo all about?
Taboo is a British drama miniseries that was written by Peaky Blinders and Dirty Pretty Things screenwriter Steven Knight.
The character of James Delaney and his dark backstory was created by actor Tom Hardy and his father Edward who took the idea to Steven, who then wrote the scripts and created the world that James returns to in London 1814.
Hardy is also executive producer alongside legendary director Ridley Scott.
Set in the 19th nineteenth century, it tells the story of an adventurer James Keziah Delaney who is believed to be long dead but returns home to England.
He has travelled from Africa with fourteen stolen diamonds, seeking vengeance for the death of his father.
What time is Taboo on TV tonight?
Taboo will air at 9:15pm on BBC One.
Tonight's episode is the eighth in the series, the final one.

Who’s in the cast?
Tom Hardy (James Keziah Delaney)
The London-born actor is best known for his roles in Christopher Nolan films including Bane in The Dark Knight Rises and Eames in Inception. He is also in Nolan’s upcoming war movie Dunkirk.
He got his big break in Ridley Scott’s Black Hawk Down and went on to star in Guy Ritchie’s RocknRolla, the biopic Bronson, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy and the Revenant, for which he received an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor.
He was the lead role in Mad Max: Fury Road and played both Kray twins in Legend and his TV roles have included Band of Brothers, Wuthering Heights and Peaky Blinders.
He recently sent fans into a frenzy when he appeared on a special episode of Jackanory on New Year’s Eve to read the show’s Bedtime Story
Oona Chaplin (Zilpha Geary)
Spanish actress Oona is the granddaughter of the legendary Charlie Chaplin and the daughter of Geraldine Chaplin and great-granddaughter of American playwright Eugene O’Neill.
She is best known for her role as Talisa Maegyr in Game of Thrones and starred in an episode of BBC’ Sherlock as Dr John Watson’s girlfriend Jeanette.
Jonathan Pryce (Stuart Strange)
Jonathan is a veteran of stage and screen is best known for his roles as Juan Peron in Evita, Governor Swann in the Pirates of the Caribbean films and more recently as The High Sparrow in Game of Thrones.
An alumni of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, he was the Artistic Director of the Everyman Theatre in Liverpool and has performed with the Royal Shakespeare Company and on Broadway.
Michael Kelly (Dr. Dumbarton)
Michael is an American actor who is best known for playing Doug Stamper in House of Cards and CJ in the Dawn of the Dead remake.
He’s also starred in films Now You See me, Man of Steel and Everest.
