The Voice fans left BESOTTED with new judge Gavin Rossdale and his ‘perfect smile’
GAVIN Rossdale captured the hearts of the nation last night with fans admitting they had "fallen in love" with The Voice's "fit" new judge and his sexy grin.
The Bush singer took his seat on the talent show panel for the first time and the glint in his eye and cool, collected manner was enough to captivate viewers - despite the fact many admitted they didn't know who he was.
The Voice came back with a bang on ITV after switching from rival broadcaster BBC yet instead of focusing on the acts, fans took to Twitter to gush over Gavin.
After watching Gav in the audition round, one wrote: "OMG just watched I have fallen in love with such a beautiful man xx your turn to shine baby xx."
Another posted: "Offt! Gavin Rossdale....I fancied the pants off him when I was 15, nearly 20 years later he's still hot! ."
One of Gav's super-fans uploaded a message to comment: "What a perfect smile G has!" while another replied to a fellow fan about his look and said: "Are you kidding? He's always handsome. Hell he could be bald and still be handsome. He could pull off anything."
Talking of the show, one added: "Watching the return of and loving Sir Tom Jones back and LOVING this is ."
His opening stint on the show, alongside Tom Jones, Jennifer Hudson and will.i.am continued to cause a frenzy throughout the 90-minutes.
A clearly besotted viewer quizzed: : "How have I never realised how HOT Gavin Rossdale is?! TheVoiceUK"
While others seemed confused about just who Daisy Lowe's dad was, one replied: "People might be moaning that they don't know who Gavin Rossdale is but.... he's fit ."
One exhoed their views and wrote: "I can't believe people don't know who Gavin Rossdale is do they live on a island that has no music??? He's a rock legend!!!!!!!!"
Another gave the thumbs-up to show producers and posted: " Gavin Rossdale ~ best thing the voice has ever done! ."

For those not in the loop, Gavin is an English musician and actor and he is best known for being the lead singer of the rock band Bush and married to Gwen Stefani.
The pair met in 1995 when No Doubt and Bush were on tour together, after a few years they got married in 2002 before divorcing in 2016.
The pair have three children together but after 14 years of marriage Gwen filed for divorce in April of this year, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause.
Gavin's band, Bush, found major success in America, selling over 10 million records and they had numerous top 10 singles on the Billboard rock charts and a number one album.
They broke up in 2002 after one of the members retired but in 2010 the band reunited and have been recording new music and going on tour again.
While Gavin might have impressed fans last night, the new format of the blind auditions was branded "harsh" by fans.
While the show was on the BBC the coaches’ chairs would turn for every singer, regardless of whether they pressed their buzzers or not.
Now their seats do not spin if they don’t press their buzzers, leading some viewers to accuse producers of being “mean”.
One viewer tweeted: “Wow they don’t even turn around at the end and give feedback anymore? Brutal #TheVoice.”
The coaches – Will.I.Am, Sir Tom Jones, Gavin Rossdale and Jennifer Hudson – appear to like the change however, with Welsh icon Tom saying: “I think it’s better like this.
He added: “Before you know the chairs would turn round and you’d have to explain why you didn’t.
“If I was standing up there, and the chairs didn’t turn around, I’d want to get out!”
