David Beckham styles son Brooklyn ahead of his London Fashion Week collection launch
The pair looked dapper in matching outfits and Brooklyn didn’t even squirm
NOT many dads could get away with dressing their teenage sons, but David Beckham kitted Brooklyn in clothes from his latest collection with Kent & Curwen ahead of their London Fashion Week presentation.
This is 41-year-old David’s second collaboration with the London-based label and to celebrate Brooklyn, 17, wore the gear, while designer wife Victoria, 42, came along for support.
On Saturday Brooklyn went along with David for some pre-show preparation, and the footballer uploaded an Instagram picture from the behind the scene.
He captioned the image: “Brooklyn getting kitted out for my presentation on Sunday AW17 collection @Kentandcurwen #LFWM @brooklynbeckham”
Brooklyn wore some dark green cropped trousers, a bottle green roll neck, accessorised with a baker boy hat.
And Brooklyn didn’t seem at all embarrassed to be told what to wear by his dad or dressing just like him, as during the launch today he posted a picture of the pair captioned “Matching.”
Victoria was also in tow, dressed in a chic but loose fitting white jumper and skirt with fringing and white show boots,
Speaking to The Telegraph, David joked that he’s always telling his eldest son that he’s “cool.”
“I’ve been telling Brooklyn for a long time that actually, I used to dress in quite a cool way. And he would just look at me as if to say ‘no, you didn’t dad.’ That’s teenagers for you...”

He added: “Brooklyn actually really likes the clothes that Daniel has created, he raids my wardrobe and I find all my clothes the next day, strewn across his bedroom floor.”
