Katie Price, 45, goes official with MAFS’ JJ Slater, 31, as they’re pictured arm in arm on night out

KATIE Price has stepped out arm in arm with her new man JJ Slater for the first time.

The 45-year-old confirmed their romance on a night out in Essex last night as they headed for dinner.

The Sun first told how Katie and the Married At First Sight, 31, had grown close a couple of weeks ago and they were later seen on a night out in Newcastle.

But they seem to have taken their romance up a notch as they were happily snapped on the way to a restaurant.

Mum-of-five Katie showed off her huge stomach tattoo in a crop top with cargo trousers, while JJ – real name John Joe – carried a Gucci bag under his arm.

Earlier this week a source told The Sun: “Katie has spent time in JJ’s hometown in Essex and has already met his friends.

“She’s got a reputation for falling hard and fast and so far it looks like things will be no different with JJ.”

Their romance hasn’t gone down well with JJ’s ex Ella Morgan after she grew close to Katie – and now feels blindsided by it all.

JJ famously ended up with Ella after the pair cheated on their respective partners during the TV show and embarked on a short-lived fling.

An insider said: “Ella is fuming and feels really betrayed by Katie for talking to her ex JJ.

“Ella and Katie have become friends over recent months, so it surprised her that Katie would do that.

“She doesn’t have any feelings for JJ, she’s just livid that Katie went behind her back and broke girl code.”

JJ has previously admitted he was a bit of a “player” and “party boy,” enjoying a taste of the high life and hanging out with A-listers like Gigi Hadid, whom he was pictured with at an event in 2013.

JJ even partied alongside Kendall Jenner at an LA night club once, thanks to a relationship with Victoria’s Secret model Kelsie Jean Smeby.

He eventually moved back to UK after she allegedly cheated on him, leaving him heartbroken.

Katie split for good from on/off fianceé Carl Woods on New Year’s Eve after four years of dating, leaving her single and ready to mingle.

Carl and Katie were even believed to have been planning a secret wedding after reuniting following one split, but the marriage never materialised. 

She announced their separation with a defiant New Year’s social media post.
