Celebrity Big Brother’s Angie Best warned to stop talking about diet and fitness after bosses fear her food obsession could be causing body issues for the other women in the house
ANGIE Best has been warned by Celebrity Big Brother bosses to stop talking so much about diet and fitness, amid fears it could cause body insecurities for the other housemates.
Calum's mum has taken on the role of resident food and health expert, and she's been dishing out advice to her co-stars on everything from smoking to eating and drinking.
However, after several emotional outbursts from the housemates, bosses are now worried her obsession with health could be having negative effects on the female members on the show.
A source exclusively told the Sun Online: "Bosses have had to warn Angie to stop talking about her strict diets and health so much.
"With the women living in close proximity, it's a worry that Angie's strong views could trigger other housemates' past body insecurities."
Just days ago, Nicola McLean - who has openly spoken about her past battle with insecurities and bulimia - was seen getting angry over Angie's comments.
Speaking in the kitchen, the model said all the talk of food and lifestyle was “p***ing her off.”
The star admitted she had never met people who are so obsessed with food.
“It’s insensitive, self-absorbed, and if there was an alcoholic in here I wouldn’t be telling them how great the wine tasted," she vented.
And Angie has even taken her son Calum aside to warn him about his drinking in the house.
After the stars enjoyed a boozy hot tub party, Angie expressed her worries for his health.
Insisting he needed to have a few days off between heavy nights, Calum managed to take it in his stride.
But not everyone was so forgiving.
Loose Women star Coleen Nolan has clashed with Angie twice in the house, even threatening to "punch her face in" if she criticised her smoking habit anymore.
It begun when Angie was given the task of running a 'January Detox Programme' for the housemates she believes are the unhealthiest.
After choosing James C, Coleen, Ray J, Brandon and Calum, Angie pointed out their worst habits in front of their co-stars.
Embarking on a health mission with a yoga session shortly after, Angie eventually allowed Ray J to have a cigarette break
When he asked her if he can combine vaping with smoking, Angie hit back and said: "You push and push, you’re such a f***ing slime, you always get your own way.”
However, annoyed with the outburst, Ray J shot back: "I pay for everything I get.”
When Jasmine Waltz overheard the chat, she warned Angie's son Calum that she's been "hard" on the US star, and he decided to step in.
Finding his mum shortly after, Calum told her she does not need to go “in” on people, “like you would a client outside of here.”
Angie eventually agreed to calm down - but the arguments weren't through there.

Footage then showed Coleen Nolan in the Diary Room, as she said although she “admires her passion,” being on Angie’s Detox makes her turn into a “petulant five year old.”
Admitting it's stressed Calum out too, Coleen added: “Because I wanna punch his mum’s face in.”
