BRITAIN's answer to the Oscars is returning for its 77th instalment.

Here's everything you need to know about the 2024 Bafta ceremony, from the venue, to the winners of the top awards.

When are the Baftas 2024?

The 2024 Baftas will take place on Sunday, February 18th.

Celebrating the best UK and world films of 2023, the ceremony will be on TV from 7pm.

Although when you watch the show it appears to be live, it actually airs with a two-hour delay.

So none of the winners are actually announced live on TV.

Where are the 2024 Baftas being held?

From 2016, the Bafta Awards were held at the Royal Albert Hall, until finding a new venue in 2023.

Since then, the awards ceremony has been held at Southbank Centre's Royal Festival Hall.

Who is presenting the Bafta awards?

David Tennant will be hosting tonight's proceedings.

Leading the red carpet arrivals will be Florence Pugh, Daisy Edgar-Jones and Michelle Keegan.

Those handing out statues will include David Beckham, Dua Lipa, Cate Blanchett, Idris Elba, Hugh Grant, Ben Kingsley, Gillian Anderson — as well as a host of other famous faces.

Where can you watch the Bafta's?

The ceremony will be shown on BBC One from 7pm, wrapping up by 9pm.

It will be available to stream live on BBC iPlayer, as well as on catch-up if you miss the show.

Viewers in the US, Australia, South Africa and Scandinavia can watch it on BritBox.
