Katy Perry flashes her BUM and new back tattoo in very risky outfit on the red carpet
KATY Perry flashed her bum and flesh-coloured back tattoo in a very revealing lace-up dress as she hit the red carpet.
The hit-maker, 39, turned up to the Billboard Women In Music event in West Hollywood in a quirky red two-piece, with corset top details and a midi-length flared skirt.
Katy wowed in the skin-fit design, which had thonged lace-up panels down the back.
Fans in California got an eyeful of her toned figure - as well as her black thong and peachy derriere.
The American Idol judge posed strategically for the cameras, standing with her back to them and glancing over her right shoulder.
She showcased her outfit to best effect before pulling up the skirt.

Her sexy stance also served to show her prosthetic flower tattoo applied on her lower back curve.
The mum-of-one accessorised her outfit with a pearl choker necklace, silver earrings and a black manicure.
She styled her raven locks into a high ponytail up-do so the detailed back could be exposed.
The Firework songstress flashed a huge smile before heading inside the venue.
After uploading a series of sizzling snaps to her Instagram page, Katie added the caption: "Your my butterfly, sugar, baby."
It referenced both her eye-catching tattoo and the lyrics to Crazy Town's 1999 hit Butterfly.
Late last year, The Sun exclusively revealed Katy had finalised her new album.
It will be her first since 2020’s Smile, with the star also set to return to the UK for a tour.
A music insider told us in December: “Katy has been working on her most personal album ever for much of the past two years.
“She has been doing it on her own terms and it is quite different from anything she has released before.
“But after so long spent on the West Coast of the US, she feels ready to tour again.
“The demand is there because she has so many hits, so taking her show on the road is bound to be a big draw.
“The hope is that she can head out towards the end of 2024, but it is still being worked out.”
With 15 Top 10 singles, including No1 hits I Kissed A Girl, Roar and California Gurls, Katy is one of the most colourful, vivacious and fun pop stars of the 21st century.
She has been a judge on American Idol since its reboot in 2018 but this will be her last series after announcing she would be leaving the show on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last month.
