KOURTNEY Kardashian’s daughter Penelope has been caught breaking her mom’s rules regarding cell phone use.

KOURT’S RULES
Kourtney has a lot of rules for her kids – including strict rules about tech products like iPads and phones.
The star and Scott have agreed to limit how much time their kids spend watching TV, playing video games, or going online.
reported that Kourtney posted on her website in 2017 that she limits the tech use in their house.
She wrote at the time: “We have a game room, so I allow 30 minutes of video game time during the week and an hour on the weekends.”
The Poosh and Lemme founder also said that she has banned iPads in her house as they had been a dinnertime distraction for her children and she wanted more interaction as a family at meals.
Additionally, Kourtney said she does not allow her kids to use any devices before bed and instead encourages them to read books.
In 2020, she again addressed her tech ban in an interview with in 2020, saying: “My kids don’t have phones, but I make sure that all the devices in the house – iPads and computers – have the Night Shift [it reduces blue light] on 24 hours a day.
“And we definitely have time limits [on devices].”
Meanwhile, Penelope has been traveling the world with her mom, brothers, and Travis for his Blink-182 world tour – stopping in countries including Australia and New Zealand.
Last month, one of Kourtney’s parenting decisions were questions by fans online.
‘POOR PENELOPE!’
The mother-daughter duo were recorded escorting Travis to the stage to perform with Blink.
As the trio walked through the backstage area, Travis and Kourtney stopped to huddle up, talking intently with their arms wrapped around each other before sharing a very long, very public kiss.
Penelope stood behind her mom for a while and was checked on by Travis’ bandmate Mark’s wife, but the celebrity child walked way when her mom and stepdad started kissing.
One fan shared the slip on Reddit, and lamented, “Poor Penelope. You can see how [Mark’s] wife goes to check on her to make her feel included.”
“Ok seriously what is wrong with Kourtney? Penelope has said over and over it makes her uncomfortable and it’s like Kourtney pays no attention to where she is,” blasted a second.
“Does she not think this form of negligence/lack of attention will affect Penelope? Or that she doesn’t notice? Especially considering the P seems to be relatively smart and self-aware. These moments don’t go unnoticed,” a third social media user added.
“It’s one thing to do PDA but it’s entirely different to not immediately check on where your child is regardless of security,” another fan of the Kardashians slammed.
“They are so obsessed with themselves that they forget about their kid. What a shame,” wrote a fifth.
