PATSY Kensit has set her sights on landing a starring role in Coronation Street.
The actress, 48, has revealed she’d “die” to be on the Manchester based soap after a two year stint on Emmerdale back in 2004.

She confessed: “I’d love to do some theatre and I’d die to be on Coronation Street.
“I’d give my right arm for that, I’m such a fan.”
During an appearance on Friday's Lorraine, she added: "My kids are old enough to feed the cat now, so I'm free to be away during the week. I could easily jump on the train to Manchester.
"If producers offered me a role I'd be up the A1 in an instant."

The actress revealed her excitement at one day potentially starring on the show only grew after working with Michelle Keegan on ITV’s Tina and Bobby.
Patsy added: “Michelle was in it of course, and we chatted about it a lot on the set and had a lot of laughs.
“Every day I was sorry that filming was over and that’s not normal.
“Usually I’m running to get changed into a tracksuit to head home.
“It was great to play a proper character-driven role and this is what I want to do from now on.”
Since leaving Emmerdale in 2006, the TV favourite has starred in a string of hit shows.
Most notably she spent several years playing Faye on Holby City.
She is currently on ITV’s Tina and Bobby which airs Friday’s at 9PM.
