Frankie Bridge shows off her incredible abs as she jokes about husband Wayne’s ‘near death’ fishing experience
FRANKIE Bridge has shown off her amazing abs while on holiday with her husband Wayne Bridge.
The loved up couple are currently enjoying a romantic break away, with their young sons Parker and Carter staying in the UK with their parents.
Sharing the picture on Saturday morning, Frankie revealed her toned stomach in a bright, coral bikini.
Smiling up at the camera, 28-year-old Frankie covers her eyes with an enormous pair of aviator sunglasses as footballer Wayne stares up at her.
Frankie wrote next to the sexy snap: “Wayne in his 'safe place'...after his near death experience with a fish in the sea…at least it wasn't a goat!”
Frankie’s goat reference was a gentle dig at Wayne, who admitted he was terrified of goats as he took on a trial during I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here late last year.

The Saturdays star has kept her 800,000 followers up to date with her adventures on her holiday, posting numerous pictures of herself topping up her tan.
Frankie’s made no secret of how much she misses her sons however, revealing she’d taken away one of their blankets on holiday so she could still feel close to them.
She wrote next to the picture: “Off on our holidays!!! Am I the only Mum that takes one of my babies Muslins with me for comfort when I'm away?”
Frankie is 36-year-old Wayne's biggest supporter and, in an interview with The Sun Online, revealed she was the one who told him to get in touch with his emotions - something his fans saw during his time on I'm A Celebrity.
“When we first met, everyone was like: ‘You’ve completely changed him,’ because he did get softer,” she smiles.
“On our wedding day, Wayne couldn’t even do his speech properly as he kept crying. He was laughing at himself, going: ‘I’m such an idiot.’ If anyone called Wayne on our honeymoon to talk to him about it he would start crying!”
Frankie and Wayne spent four weeks apart while Wayne was in the jungle but singer Frankie says it wasn't too hard to be apart.
“I always think that absence makes the heart grow fonder,” she shrugs.
“When he was living in Manchester, I used to travel on my days off, and then I was fortunate when he moved clubs nearer [to London]. We haven’t really spent much time apart – probably a week at most, but we would still talk and FaceTime.”
Frankie says she found the separation hard, but took solace from watching her other half smashing it on screen.
Frankie admits that even now she’s baffled by his decision.
“It’s so weird!” she laughs, shaking her head.
“Ever since I met him, he’s always shied away from the media in his job. It’s been nice and I’ve always quite liked that. He was more nervous about the cameras than any of the animals or challenges, bless him.
“He’d always wanted to give it a go, but was going backwards and forwards for a few days after meeting the producers. I knew he just wanted someone to say: ‘Do it!’ so I was like: ‘What have you got to lose?’”
