The pair were spotted all over each other on a night out last month after originally splitting in January - here's what we know about the cage fighter...
Who is CJ Meeks?
CJ Meeks is a 185lb middleweight professional MMA cage fighter who hails from Bexleyheath, south east London.
He was educated at Cleeve Park School in Sidcup.
There is very little more known about him as he doesn't appear to live his life in the public eye.
Both his Instagram and Twitter accounts are private.
Even his date of birth is not listed on any of the MMA websites.
Is he a successful cage fighter?
He's not a world-famous fighter and he's not been in the ring since summer 2016.
CJ has won five fights and lost two during his career.
He made his cage fighting debut in 2008 and last got in the ring in July 2016 - he has had no more fights scheduled since.
How long did CJ Meeks date Bianca Gascoigne? Are they back together?
CJ and Bianca first became an item in spring 2016 and went public when she supported him ringside at London’s O2 Arena in July.
The Cage Fighter said he fell "head over heels" for Bianca, and told her he loved her after just four dates.
The couple split after she cheated on him with Jamie O'Hara in the Celebrity Big Brother house in January 2017.
At the time, CJ said in an exclusive interview with The Sun Online that he was devastated after seeing Bianca cheat.
But it looked like all was now forgiven when they were spotted kissing and all over each other as they enjoyed a night out at the Mayfair Hotel back in May.
However, there has been radio silence ever since on social media between the pair, leaving fans unsure if they are back on or not.

After his bitter split with Bianca, CJ was spotted out in London on Valentine's Day with Irish model Shannen, who has just been revealed as new Love Island contestant.
The pair shared a kiss as they enjoyed drinks but soon after, Bianca shared and then quickly deleted a screenshot of a Facebook message reportedly sent my Shannen saying it was a set up.
It read: "I was asked to go on a set up date lol nothing in it it was all staged just to let everyone know 100
percent staged [sic]”.
Bianca added: "Wow my ex is seriously going to lengths now paying girls to go on dates with him so he can do set up pap shots to get in the papers online.”
