Inside Kate and Rio Ferdinand’s incredible family holiday at luxury £1k-a-night Abu Dhabi resort with private beach
The family break came after a terrifying moment at their home
KATE Ferdinand has given glimpse into her lavish family getaway to Abu Dhabi with husband Rio and the kids.
The Blended podcast founder, 32, captured her sun-soaked surroundings on Instagram, showcasing a huge pool surrounded by day beds at the swish Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort.

Palm trees were seen lining the pool while the glistening waters of the sea lay a stones' throw away.
In her caption, Kate confessed: "I've been a little quiet as we have been enjoying some family time in one of our favourite places."
The former Towie legend is married to former Manchester United legend Rio - with the pair sharing son Cree and daughter Shae.
She is also step-mum to his three kids, Lorenz, 14, Tate, 12, and Tia, nine, who he shared with his late wife Rebecca.

No doubt the family has been enjoying making memories at the stylish £1K a night resort with picture-perfect surroundings and private beach access.
Kate captured a video of their trip showing the family playing football on the sands before she pushed her son on a swing.
They then retreated to the private pool at their accommodation for fun in the water before they enjoyed a boogie in the sunshine.
The proud mum also showcased their trip to the market before they relaxed on the sands with a freshly cracked-open coconut.

The reality star also showcased her glam holiday wardrobe during the trip in a series of mirror selfies, capturing a black bikini, neon two-piece and tan sun dress.
She also donned a sophisticated wrap skirt and top paired with a black sun-hat.

In her video caption, the proud parent wrote: "Family time & memories made in one of our special places."
One fan then commented: "Looks amazing," as a second put: "So beautiful."

Home turf
Back on home turf, Kate has told how she has a "therapy room"; installed in her lavish mansion.
Their incredible home also boasts a huge garden and a gym.
The loved-up couple spend a lot of time keeping fit in their enormous gym complete with a vast array of gym machines and weights.
