This Morning’s Phillip Schofield prepares for heavy night at National Television Awards by placing his tequila order live on air
ITV show is nominated for Live Magazine Show at Wednesday night's ceremony in London
CHEEKY Phillip Schofield got his drink order in early on Tuesday ahead of the National Television Awards.
The This Morning host was discussing the annual awards ceremony on the show with co-host Holly Willoughby and the programme's queen of soaps Sharon Marshall.
After running through which soap actors were up for gongs, Sharon said: "Some show called This Morning is up for an award as well."
Phillip and Holly both feigned shocked faces as they asked: "Is it? Is it really?"
As the women giggled, Phillip put on a funny voice and said: "Have they ordered the tequila? Ha ha ha".
Considering the state the hosts got themselves into last year after winning an award in the Live Magazine category, its no surprise Sharon's reaction to Phil's drink request was "Oh heck".
The pair famously presented This Morning the day after their 2016 win still wearing their outfits from the night before, with Holly covering a stain on her glamorous white gown with a cushion.

Holly admitted she hadn't even made it home from the ceremony at the O2 Arena before her early start the next day, and it seemed Phillip had found himself in a similar situation as he sat with his tie loosened around his neck.
She said: "So, obviously you might have noticed that we're still wearing the same clothes. I haven't been home yet. I came straight here."
"This is my lovely, lovely dress. White was obviously a bit dodgy.
"Can you see the yellow stains and all sorts of others? Before you jump to any conclusions as to where these mysterious stains might have come from, it is in fact mustard and piccalilli."
Phillip continued: "Well we went back to - it's a tradition, we go back to Ant's house to celebrate. And he had the brilliant idea of bringing out Pie Face, the game, but it was tweaked up a little bit."
He added: "We're in a proper mess. Neither of us should be on the telly today."
The hosts will have to wait until tomorrow night to see if they can repeat their success, and viewers will then have to tune in on Thursday to see what state they are in this time if they do win.
