In Therapy viewers praise Danielle LLoyd for ‘bravery’ in speaking about being sexual assaulted when she was 13 years old

The Ex-Miss England relived her horrifying ordeal while speaking to the therapist on the show

IN Therapy viewers overwhelmingly praised Danielle Lloyd for speaking about the horrifying moment she was sexually assaulted at the age of 13.

The model and mum-of-three recently revealed the traumatic moment on Channel 5’s In Therapy and admits she is still haunted by it.

The 33-year-old revealed the “predator” ski instructor cornered her in a toilet cubicle in Austria, and she can still “feel his hands” on her now – 20 years later.

Speaking to the , Danielle said: “That predator took my innocence away and I can never get it back,” before adding that it’s now affected her self-esteem since.”

During the programme she also spoke about the time she hit rock bottom, and said she attempted to cope with her problems by taking drugs – something she’s never openly admitted to before.

Danielle said: “It was a terrible time.

“I began partying all the time. I was drinking taking drugs. I’ve always turned to drink to deal with my emotions.

“I woke up one day after a really heavy night of drinking and drugs and I thought: ‘I can’t do this anymore’. I thought about jumping off my balcony.”
