BEN Cohen has made a plea to get himself back on The Jump after slating past contestants for moaning about their injuries.
The former England rugby player won the last series of the ski show – that has seen a number of celebs suffer horrific falls on the slopes.
Some contenders have been forced to pull out of the show before its started after being left battered and bruised – with all manner of injuries to their name.
But reigning champ Ben reckons those celebs need to toughen up as he insists the show isn’t as treacherous as it’s been made out.

In an exclusive chat with the Sun’s Bizarre column he said: "People shouldn't moan about the threat of injury. It is an extreme sport.
“It's like going to the gym for the first time, you're going to be sore and ache the next day.
“Well it’s the same on The Jump; you're going to hurt yourself aren't you? Or at least feel a certain level of discomfort, whether it is the boots or whatever else.”
In an attempt to keep the show injury-free this year Channel 4 bosses axed ski jumper Eddie ‘The Eagle’ Edwards after he raised safety concerns.
Eddie was axed from the series after admitting that he was shocked the show was returning for a fourth series following the number of causalities last year.
Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding revealed in October she was still taking painkillers following her fall on the show last February.
Olympian Rebecca Adlington dislocated her shoulder and gymnast Beth Tweddle fractured vertebrae in her neck while Made In Chelsea’s Mark Francis Vandelli broke his ankle.
But Ben, whose ski jump of 18.25m won him the competition last year, said he only has fond memories of the telly programme – and even wants to return.
He said: “I absolutely loved my time on The Jump; I want to go back on it.
“I am so envious of everyone taking part this year."
Among the celebs taking part in the show when it returns on February 5 are cycling legend Sir Bradley Wiggins, reality star Spencer Matthews and former England footie player Robbie Fowler.
