SPENCER Matthews and wife Vogue Williams have carved themselves a piece of paradise in the middle of London - but now they're giving it up.
The TV presenter couple have put their property up on the market for a staggering £5.25million - as they say goodbye to the city for a new life in Dublin.
The stunning modern home in London was truly an enviable next in the middle of the city - and perfect for those who enjoy hosting dinner parties and are often on the go.
Among the amenities of the four bedroom property is two huge reception rooms, a private roof garden/terrace, a bar, home gym and in-house cinema/media room.
The primary bedroom comes with an en-suite, with two more bedrooms throughout the house.
The open plan kitchen leads straight out onto the terrace, which is perfect for the summer days where a barbecue might be needed.

The kids' room comes with a built in wardrobe to add a little extra space for their toys and games.
Entirely painted in sleek and clean whites and creams, the house manages to blend the popular minimalist aesthetic with a cosy, homely feel that gives the property a unique sense of style.
Spencer and Vogue have opted to trade in London life for a far more quiet one on the outskirts of Dublin.
Irish star Vogue and British-born Spencer have always had homes in both countries, with a third property in Jersey.

However, they have decided to get a bigger space in Dublin for their three children - Theodore, Gigi and Otto.
On top of selling their London home, they've also sold a £1.1million property they have in Ireland to purchase their new house.
In December, the pair were pictured moving their furniture into their new place, which is almost twice the size.
The couple have been married since 2018, and now even host a podcast together, Spencer and Vogue, discussing the ups and downs of their marriage.
Over time this has come to include how often the pair have sex together, to whether separate bedrooms could be the winning secret behind successful relationships.
During one podcast chat, Vogue admitted she would be willing to sleep somewhere separately to her "lone wolf" husband, but noted she would probably end up sharing her space most of the time with the kids.
