KATIE Price is due to be back to court to face up to her bankruptcy problems in just a few days’ time.

The My Mucky Mansion star previously missed her last hearing in favour of a luxury holiday in Cyprus.

Katie, 45, was previously due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court earlier this week.

Last month, the former Loose Women star was declared bankrupt for a second time over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05.

The mum-of-five was due to face questions about her finances and give evidence about her income.

This was to show a judge how the former I'm A Celebrity star could pay off her debts.

But now it seems Katie has been summoned to come to the courtroom to face up to her problems once again on 14 May.

At the start of the previous hearing, it was revealed Katie told lawyers less than 24 hours ago she couldn't attend.

A barrister told the judge: "It's quite apparent that the evidence was filed very late and not even filed with the court.

"We are in a very serious situation as a consequence. She may be held in contempt of court, imprisoned, fined or a warrant issued for her arrest."

She was ordered to cough up 40 per cent of her OnlyFans income for the next three years as part of a separate dispute.

A percentage of her income will start being taken from April 12, the judge ruled.

Just this week the heavily tattooed personality wore just a beige crop top and denim skirt as she enjoyed an afternoon stroll in Cyprus.

Katie Price breaks social media silence for first time since missing court

She looked loved-up with her Married At First Sight fella JJ, who looked equally chilled in an American football jersey and shorts.

An onlooker told The Sun: "I had to do a double-take. I’d heard Katie was expected in court over her finances, but here she was without a care in the world in front of me.

"She clearly had no worries as she dawdled along the sunny pavement, enjoying the last of the rays.

"Katie’s cavalier attitude was remarkable when you consider she was expected at the hearing. I just couldn’t believe my eyes.

"Presumably celebrities get treated differently to the rest of us. She looked like the cat that got the cream."

She was also spotted visiting the spa at the five-star Adams Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa where deluxe suites can cost £760-a-night.

As she escaped the UK for sunnier skies, a High Court judge warned she could potentially be jailed for contempt.

Judge Mark Mullen was told Katie’s assistant had sent an email stating how Katie could not attend court because of anxiety and depression.

However, the judge said a medical letter with the email did not give enough detail about the former Celebrity Big Brother winner health issues.

He said: "There is a consistent pattern here of last-minute adjournments being sought on the basis of quite scant medical evidence.”

The judge ruled she must turn up at the next hearing on May 14, or send more detailed proof of why she could not attend.
