Little Mix star Jesy Nelson reveals amazing hair transformation in sultry selfie
The singer has completely changed her look with a stunning new hairstyle
LITTLE Mix star Jesy Nelson has transformed with a dramatic new hair do.
The singer showed off her new look on Instagram tonight, as she posed and pouted her heart out in a close-up selfie.
Looking completely different, the star showed off her nose stud as she wore dark eye make-up and a black choker round her neck.
With her lighter brunette hair in a messy cropped do, she wore her fringe over one eye and flashed a hint of her arm tattoo.
Jesy wrote: "Short hair don't care."
Fans immediately sent her gushing messages, with one writing: "You look really pretty."
While one added: "Why are you such a gor-JESY goddess?"
And one wrote: "Wow thats weird bc lately ive been wondering how you would look like with short hair and now you have short hair. Coincidence? I dont think so."
New behind-the-scenes footage taken on the set of the girl band's music video appeared to confirm that fan's fears were incorrect.
While Little Mixers had hit out over alleged digital manipulation which appeared to make Jesy's figure look smaller, the new video loaded to Vevo provided a simple answer.
What fans believed to be clear wavy lines of digital altering was in fact an angled wall which helped to create the seamless look in the music psychedelic music video.
The reason it looked like Jesy was the only one that had beeen 'photoshopped' was simply down to the fact she was in the middle of the other girls - placing her directly in front of the angled wall.
Jesy, Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock came under fire from fans who could not believe the girls had allowed the digital altering to take place.
One said she was heartbroken by the video, tweeting: "To see something that has, sadly, become the norm in media being done [to Little Mix] is absolutely upsetting beyond words."
Another tweeted at Little Mix: "I love you and all but your editor really should not photoshop you, show girls to be comfortable in their own skin."
The girls have spoken about body image on numerous occasions, with Jesy, 25, telling The Sun's Fabulous magazine last year: "We’re happy to be how we are, and don’t care if we put on a couple of pounds.
"I feel like curves are really in at the moment – I love that they’re celebrated."
She added: "You should celebrate any size. If you can rock your body with confidence, and you’re happy in your own skin, there’s nothing sexier."
