Birthday boy Harry Styles celebrates in style with a £6million pay cheque after selling his LA home for huge £1million profit
HARRY STYLES celebrated his birthday by lining up the best present ever – a £6million pay cheque.
I’ve learned the ONE DIRECTION star, who turned 23 on Wednesday, is flogging his Hollywood mansion just 12 months after he bought it.
And it’s not just because he’s bored of the decor already.
The real reason Harry has put the house on the market is because he is hoping to make a tidy profit.
Having bought the three-bedroom pad for £5.4million last year, he is expecting to rake in a £1million profit by selling it for at least £6.4million.

It’s all part of Harry’s plan to become a property magnate — just in case his singing and acting career fall flat.
A source revealed: “Harry is a clever guy and isn’t just getting rid of his house already for no reason.
“He bought it as an investment and has waited a year for the price to rise.
“Now he’s hopeful of getting a good deal. It’s being kept on the down low and it’s not publicly on the market, but the agent is arranging private viewings.
“It’s all very hush-hush as he would rather avoid potential buyers realising who owns it.”
Harry’s pad overlooks Sunset Strip in his favourite area of Los Angeles, West Hollywood, and boasts a swimming pool, a gym, a screening room and a top-of-the-range kitchen.
The star already has a £3million home in North London and is said to have recently sold another home in Beverly Hills for £2.5million. But he may be forced to bring down the price of the latest house as the demolition of another home nearby is causing disruption.
A neighbour said: “It is loud and it’s annoying. But no matter where you move, if it’s a nice area, there will be construction going on.”
Among the stars at Cafe Habana in Malibu were Hollywood actor CUBA GOODING JR, MOTLEY CRUE rocker TOMMY LEE, model CINDY CRAWFORD and — last but not least — fellow singer ADELE.
According to sources, Harry and his chums downed tequila shots inside the bash while taking turns at karaoke.
That’s a brave thing to try in front of Adele.

Floating Naomie’s boat
NAOMIE HARRIS has clearly been breathing the same Hollywood air as GWYNETH PALTROW.
The Brit actress has revealed she is “obsessed” with the bizarre new craze of floating – and it makes wacky Goop guru Gwyneth’s vaginal jade egg look tame.
Floating sees Naomie – who regularly jets between her London home and LA – shutting herself in a sensory deprivation tank filled with warm water and salt for hours on end to de-stress.
She said: “It is basically like going back into the womb, so you are floating in a pool and you are sealed off from any light. It’s phenomenal.
“Whenever I fly, I go straight from the plane to the tank and float for two hours. It gets you through jet lag.
“It resets you, gets rid of stress, it works out kinks in your body. Any aches, pains, or what have you, they go away – it’s amazing.”
Naomie is celebrating her most successful year yet, with Golden Globe, Bafta and Oscar nominations for her astonishing performance in movie Moonlight.

Their flirty actions, which James snapped, even shocked England star DANNY ROSE at the next table.
Earlier they visited The Gaslight club, where the boss is BIANCA GAS-COIGNE, who is still in the CBB house. They were joined by Spencer’s sister STEPHANIE, of Made In Chelsea, and JAMIE O’HARA, Bianca’s love interest in CBB.

LADY GAGA will play the coveted half-time slot at the Super Bowl in front of a 70,000-strong crowd in Texas on Sunday, with millions more watching worldwide. Fans are speculating that mum-to-be BEYONCE will guest star alongside her after Gaga posted a picture on Instagram with a bee emoji in the caption.
Serge Dyer-ing to find his blue blood
KASABIAN might just require the red carpet treatment when they turn up to headline Reading and Leeds this year.
Guitarist SERGE PIZZORNO, has revealed he is busy researching his ancestry in search of blue blood – inspired by Cockney actor pal DANNY DYER’s discovery on BBC family-tree show Who Do You Think You Are? that he is related to royalty.
In an exclusive chat, Serge said: “I watched Danny’s episode and I was buzzing. I think everyone deep down must have some royal connections. The reality is, it’s probably a load of criminals and wrong-uns. But I’ve got Italian family so I’m delving in there. Who knows what I’m going to learn.”
EastEnders star Danny discovered in November that he can count two former kings of England, William the Conqueror and Edward III, among his ancestors.
He is also related to Thomas Cromwell, chief minister to Henry VIII.
It’ll be tough for Serge to top that.

THE Brits has confirmed SKEPTA will be performing at this month’s star-studded ceremony. The London grime star, who has three nominations, last took to the stage at the biggest night in UK music alongside KANYE WEST in 2015.
It’s Rita orange
YOU’LL need 50 shades to look directly at RITA ORA’s dress.
The singer left the Giorgio Baldi Italian restaurant in LA in this vivid orange number ahead of the Fifty Shades Darker premiere yesterday.
Rita, who has a cameo role in the film, was due to hit the red carpet with co-stars JAMIE DORNAN and DAKOTA JOHNSON last night.
I don’t think the reviews for the Fifty Shades follow-up movie will be quite so glowing.
