The star
The Loose Women panellist beat Jedward in the final two and burst into tears when Emma Willis announced her name over the Irish twins.
Coleen can finally be reunited with her family after her second stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house, where she finished as the runner up.
But before that, she had her winner's chat with Emma, and admitted she doesn't feel like she deserved to win.
She said: "Don’t make me cry I’ve done so much crying on this show. I’m traumatised.
"I’ve never won anything in my life on my own ever.
"If I put my hand on my heart I didn’t deserve to win it as I have been boring."
Having previously been on the show in 2012, Coleen admitted her second stint had been even harder than her first.
She said: "It was absolutely horrendous, a million times worse.
"They were brutal this time, it was just relentless, there was something every day and it seemed to be always negative. The way some people just left, it was brutal."
Coleen also had to deal with being told she was "two faced" and "least trustworthy" by the public during two tasks, which she found hard to take.
She said: "It really got to my head.
"Getting negative comments, when you’re in the house you can deal with it, but when you’re hearing it from the outside, that’s hard.
"I do care what people think, if that makes me weak and pathetic then I wear that badge with pride.
"It’s been much tougher, I got through day seven and I never once said I want to leave, at that point [when she heard the negative comments]I thought s*d you I’m going to stay.
"Each time something happened again it wasn’t affecting me so much."
The star had an action-packed final week, acting as an agony aunt to Bianca Gascoigne after he housemate beau Jamie O'Hara was evicted from the show in a shock twist at the start of the week, as well as being shocked by a chat about sex toys.
Calum Best and Nicola McLean were left in hysterics as they compared the model's lippy to a "butt plug".
"I thought it was a butt plug," Calum laughed in the clip, which was aired on CBB's Bit On The Side tonight.
Coleen replied: "You're so gross," before saying: "I wouldn't even know what one looked like."
Nicola then got involved as she joked: "I heard they do one with the horse hair to make it look like Tony the Pony."
Calum replied: "A butt plug with a mane coming out the back of it so you look like a pony."
To which Coleen said: "Well I know what to buy you for Christmas."
However it hasn't all been fun and games for Coleen, as she was left in a rage after being confronted by former housemate John McCririck during a judgement task.
The former housemate returned to the Channel 5 reality show as a guest on Sunday night's show as part of a judgement task alongside Luisa Zissman, Saira Khan, Vanessa Feltz and Austin Armacost.
John, 76, wasted no time sinking his claws into the Loose Women panellist, blasting her for eating too much and being boring.
He said: "Coleen, the last time you were in the house, you were reckoned to be the most boring, dull housemate there had ever been.
"You've lived up to your reputation. I've made allowances for the fact you're at the time of life that is difficult for women, I fully accept that, but let us look at what you have done.
"You have since become an agony aunt, and what you have done here, you have admitted your own marriage is in crisis.
"You are unable sound counselling and advice to people who have come to you for it, instead you have been weeping and blubbing and begging for their help.
"You smoke too much, you eat too much, who are you to give advice as an agony aunt?"
When Vanessa, who acted as a judge over the proceedings, asked if the housemates in the dock had anything to say, Nicola McLean said he was "vile" and that he should apologise to Coleen.
Back in the bedroom, the 51-year-old was raging as she discussed the moment with Jamie O'Hara.
She said: "How dare he? He's an absolute p***k. God forgive my language. F*** off. F***ing a******e.
