DOUBLE bankrupt Kate Price is being kicked out of her 'Mucky Mansion' after being served an eviction notice.
The property, in Horsham, West Sussex, has been a bomb site for years having been burgled, flooded, and fallen prey to an overflowing septic tank.
A notice of eviction addressed to Katie, 45, has now reportedly been pinned to a fence outside her 8,000 square foot, nine-bed pile.
The letter, seen by The Sun, reads: “The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant.
“A warrant gives a county court bailiff the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant.”
The notice, issued on April 24, says all occupants of the house will be evicted at 10am on May 29 and warns them to leave the property with their belongings before this date.

She was due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court last month, but failed to turn up - holidaying in Cyprus with her new man JJ Slater instead.

Katie paid £1.35 million for the home back in October 2014 when she bought it from Tory peer Francis Maude.
Most recently, her ex Carl Woods had been using the garden as a vehicle forecourt for his used car sales business.
According to experts, if it was in a fit state, the model could get double what she paid - which is £2.7M.
But at best, it could be worth £1.5M, it has been suggested.
This is despite Katie fronting her own Channel 4 show, Katie Price's Mucky Mansion, and attempting an ambitious renovation.
The same month, she was seen launching into a rant about the 'Mucky Mansion' and her bankruptcy woes live on stage.
But it seems Katie is determined to keep on going as she gave an inspirational talk at an event.
