Katie Price’s £2m Mucky Mansion neighbours blast star saying they are ‘sick of her’ after she is served eviction notice
They say it's 'constant drama' at the mansion
DOUBLE bankrupt Katie Price’s neighbours have blasted the star after she was served an eviction notice from her ‘Mucky Mansion’.
The property, in Horsham, West Sussex, has been a bomb site for years having been burgled, flooded, and fallen prey to an overflowing septic tank.
A notice of eviction addressed to the 45-year-old mum and former glamour model has reportedly been pinned to a fence outside her 8,000 square foot, nine-bed pile.
The letter, seen by The Sun, reads: “The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant.
“A warrant gives a county court bailiff the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant.”
‘CONSTANT DRAMA’
Katie has been slammed by her neighbours for her “constant drama”, after she was declared bankrupt again a matter of weeks ago.
Locals have described the country home as an “eyesore”, while others say they are “sick to death” of the loud music, dogs barking and vans blocking roads.
Katie bought the sprawling house – which boasts 12.25 acres of land, a swimming pool, tennis courts, stables and paddocks – in 2014.
Photos show the garden apparently overgrown with weeds and the pool covered in grime.
One resident told : “We’re sick to death of the constant drama.
“She doesn’t come into the village anymore because she knows we don’t like the way she lives. I wish she’d move.”
Another added: “She simply doesn’t live by any code of conduct or restraint. She is reckless in just about everything she does.”
He said he worries about driving past the entrance to the mansion in case Katie comes “tearing out onto the road” in one of her pink cars.
He said the star is a “liability” and the best outcome would be the property be seized by the courts as it’s “gone to wrack and ruin”.
The eviction notice, issued on April 24, says all occupants of the house will be evicted at 10am on May 29 and warns them to leave the property with their belongings before this date.
The cash-strapped mum-of-five was first declared bankrupt in 2019 over unpaid debts of £3.2 million.
She was declared bankrupt for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05.
