But the notorious Lothario of E4’s long-running reality show has shot down rumours he has been trying to get lucky with both ladies.

"I'm a single man, Jade's a single girl, Vogue's a single woman... unfortunately it's not happening. I would love it to happen but it's not," Spencer told .

Series 4 of The Jump is due to begin on Sunday night – returning to screens a year after the disastrous third series of the show that saw seven famous faced maimed in the competition.

Actress Tina Hoble, Olympians Linford Christie, Rebecca Adlington and Beth Tweddle, Made In Chelsea’s Marc-Francis Vandellie, and singers Sarah Harding and Heather Mills were all forced to withdraw last series after being injured in a variety of winter sports.

And for series four – two headline stars have already been injured ahead of the show debuting.

On Thursday it was confirmed that Vogue Williams had been forced to quit after suffering a knee injury in training.

Model and TV presenter Amy Willerton – who had also been training with the other celebs as a reserve – has been called up to take her place.

And then on Saturday it was revealed Sir Bradley Wiggins had suffered an injury as well.

Posting a picture on Instagram, the 36-year-old can be seen getting his ankle iced and heavily strapped up after an incident on the slopes.

Looking unimpressed at the camera as the medic dealt with his foot, he captioned the shot: “The show must go on #TheJump”.

Thankfully fans of the Olympian and the show can breathe a sigh of relief, as his injury isn’t so severe that he needs to pull out of the programme before it’s even begun.
