Katie Price hits back saying she WON’T be evicted from Mucky Mansion – despite being served with notice kicking her out
KATIE Price has hit back after she was served with an eviction notice kicking her out of her 'Mucky Mansion'.
The glamour model, 45, was declared bankrupt for the second time before an eviction notice was reportedly pinned to the fence of her home in Horsham, West Sussex, last month.
It has been a bomb site for years having been burgled, flooded, and fallen prey to an overflowing septic tank.
Issued on April 24, the notice says all occupants of the house will be evicted at 10am on May 29 and warns them to leave the property with their belongings before this date.
However, a source close to Katie said she "will not be evicted from her property on May 29".
'CONSTANT DRAMA'
It comes after Katie was slammed by her neighbours for her "constant drama", after she was declared bankrupt again a matter of weeks ago.

Locals have described the country home as an "eyesore", while others say they are "sick to death" of the loud music, dogs barking and vans blocking roads.
Katie bought the sprawling house - which boasts 12.25 acres of land, a swimming pool, tennis courts, stables and paddocks - in 2014.
Photos show the garden apparently overgrown with weeds and the pool covered in grime.
The cash-strapped mum-of-five was first declared bankrupt in 2019 over unpaid debts of £3.2 million.
She was declared bankrupt for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05.
The demand for payment was made by HMRC last October.
She was due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court last month, but failed to turn up - holidaying in Cyprus with her new man JJ Slater instead.
She is due back in court to give evidence about her finances on May 14.
Taking to her podcast, The Katie Price Show, Katie hit back and claimed she had been signed off from court because she was "mentally not strong enough".
She said: "Everyone is like 'oh she's missed bankruptcy and she's gone on holiday!' No, let me address it...

"The court knew that I wasn't going to my bankruptcy, because mentally - my consultant at The Priory - I've been signed off for any kind of activity for court.
"I'm mentally not strong enough at the moment to stand in court, be cross examined in front of the media and public."
She went on to say: "I am taking my bankruptcy so serious, like I do everything else. It's a very serious situation I'm in and it does look like 'oh she's just gone on holiday'..."
Most recently, her ex Carl Woods had been using the garden as a vehicle forecourt for his used car sales business.
According to experts, if it was in a fit state, the model could get double what she paid - which is £2.7M.
