Michelle Heaton pictured vomiting out of a taxi as she’s comforted by Atomic Kitten bandmates Kerry Katona and Natasha Hamilton while on reunion tour
The mum of two, 37, was snapped as she leaned over the roadside in New Zealand after the group drank glasses of wine in the sun
MICHELLE Heaton has been pictured vomiting out of a taxi and on to the street after a sunny drinking session with her Atomic Kitten bandmates during their New Zealand reunion tour.
The singer appeared to break down in tears after the trio partied at Auckland's Waiheke island, and looked worse for wear as she leaned out of the car door.
Wearing a short black and white striped playsuit, and minimal make-up, Michelle appeared tired out as she was comforted by her friends, holding a bag in one hand.
Natasha was seen with her arm round her friend's shoulders as she leaned towards the road, leaving a mess behind, before the group's tour manager took Michelle under his wing.
The star appeared upset and looked pale and tired as she walked away, getting some much needed fresh air.
They had been partying in the heat hours before, and Michelle's spokesperson told The Sun Online: "This was the day Michelle and the rest of the girls landed in New Zealand.
"They landed very early in the morning so after checking in, they all went to the beach, had a few glasses of wine over lunch – too much sun and she got travel sick on the way back to the hotel.
"Proving wine + Sun + jet lag don’t mix! She’s currently tucked up in bed having an early night!"
Michelle has replaced Liz McClarnon on the tour, and wasted no time getting into the spirit of it.
Meanwhile Natasha opted for a short printed dress and black strappy sandals adding a trendy black hat.
And Kerry looked in great spirits as she was spotted in fits of laughter with the singers, wearing a loose white west top and black shorts.
Michelle didn't let the unfortunate incident get her down, and shared a snap of her tucking into a martini on Monday night.
She wrote: "Early evening dinner watching the sun set here in Perth .. early night ready for our gig 2moz xxx."
The group will next perform on Tuesday night alongside B*Witched, East 17 and S Club 3 at Perth's Metro City.
It was revealed back in November that the former Liberty X singer would replace fans' favourite Liz McClarnon on the international tour.
The Popstars singer has insisted Liz will remain as part of the trio's re-formed line-up for their UK shows, alongside Natasha and Kerry.
Michelle is no stranger touring as she found fame with her group - who lost out to winners Hear'Say - on the ITV talent show and said: “I’ve joined long-term but only internationally because Liz hates flying.
“Kerry and Natasha are a bit more wild than I’m used to in Liberty X but I’m crazy too, so it’s perfect."
Talking to, she added: “We’re all mums so when we’re away we let our hair down.
"We don’t get to do that at home.”
