And while fans rushed to wish her a speedy recovery, some questioned why Alex had gone ahead with his scheduled appearance at a club, rather than join her.

When one fan tweeted: "Alex shouldn't have gone to his pa and should have stopped with you."

Olivia responded: "Wasn't going to go A&E at first and didn't think I had a fracture to be honest so we didn't know. Everyone is excited to see him so."

She then attempted to silence the questions by adding: "I urge people sticking up for me I looove you all so much very sweet but your attention is worth more else where trust me."

Alex backed his fiancee online too, as some fans questioned her hospital visit, insisting: "I got you," with a love heart emoji.

Olivia revealed on Friday that she had sustained whiplash and possibly a fracture on her skull.

"Just to let you guys know I did go to get checked today at A&E and I have whiplash standard and may have a tiny fracture on my skull," she wrote on Twitter.

"I am going to watch the swelling and if it goes down it will heal on its own. If not I will go back to get checked again," she continued.

"Thank you for everyone's concern and I just wanted to let you all know I'm ok and hopefully on the mend. No gym for me for two weeks," she added.

Olivia made her way to hospital the day after she was involved in the terrifying three car collision in London on Thursday night.

The reality star suffered a bump to the head in the scary car crash which saw her taxi collide the vehicle in the front, before a van smashed into the back.

A rep for Olivia told The Sun Online that the star opted not to  go to hospital on the night because 'she just wanted to get home' but decided to head in for a medical check up on Friday morning because she woke up in a 'bad way'.

Talking about plans for a spin-off, she revealed: “We’d be so good on a spin-off.”

Alex added: “To be fair the amount of people that follow us and watch our lives and stuff. A lot of people on Twitter say that we do need our own show and stuff.”
