Comedian Ruby Wax reveals she used to STALK her dates with unsigned Valentine’s Day cards
The American red head quipped she was a 'tormentor' when it came to marking February 14
SELF-CONFESSED "tormentor" Ruby Wax has revealed she used to send Valentine's cards to STALK her potential dates.
The cheeky comedienne and mental health campaigner made her confession on today's Good Morning Britain.
Despite wearing a strikingly apt red blazer she denied she was a romantic and instead confessed: I used to stalk people with Valentine's Day cards.
"I didn't sign it.
"I was a tormentor."
The red-head added to hosts Kate Garraway and Charlotte Hawkins: "Eventually I started writing back to myself, but then I thought much better."
The performer turned author then referred to the size of Valentine's Day bouquets and added: "I can't keep up with it.
"How big is the bunch?"
Ruby was on the ITV breakfast show to promote her new book, A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled.
She gushed over the benefits the techniques of "mind fitness".
She said: "The thoughts will always be there but it's that distance, and saying 'this is the 'not good enough' one.
"We have evolved physically now we need to evolve mentally - we have to start being conscious.
"Our brain can do it, we have to switch it on."

During her chat on the show, Ruby was also played a clip showing her interviewing now US President Donald Trump.
The scenes from more than 10 years ago showed her chatting to the businessman in a frosty interview for her show Ruby's American Pie.
She met him after they judges the Miss Nebraska contest and Ruby quipped to the GMB team: "I think he took home some of the leftovers."
