A FORMER Take Me Out star who went on to MARRY his date on the show is now trying his luck on The Voice.
But he's now turned his attention to a career in music, and auditions on tonight's episode of ITV's The Voice.
Stay-at-home dad Gavin will reveal his dream of creating a career in music, and give his best effort at impressing the judges.
With emotional Gemma waiting with Emma Willis backstage, Gavin performs Eric Clapton’s Tears In Heaven, leaving the panel fighting back tears.
But will it be enough to impress the judges?
The stunner wanted to help other women create their own magical day after she was chosen by Gavin on the show four years ago.
The pair got hitched soon after they were coupled up and later put their expertise together to open a boutique bridalware outlet for brides-to-be at Charnock Farm in Leyland.
Then a single mum-of-two, Gemma did not expect wedding singer Gavin to choose her out of the 29 other women on the programme in 2011.
But he did, and they were whisked away to a tropical island paradise in Tenerife, Spain as part of the show for their first date.
Gemma and Gavin soon became Mr and Mrs Ellis and now have a baby girl called Elvie-Rose together.
Gemma, of Chorley, Lancashire, who is also mum to Grace, 10, and Olivia, 7, said: "We’ve had the clichéd happy ever after marriage and I want to hear stories of how other couples have got together.
"Every couple has their own story and we want to help make the best day of their lives special for them and give the bride the great service that she deserves."
