Emmerdale spoilers: Danny Miller hints that Robert Sugden will take Aaron Dingle’s surname after wedding

EMMERDALE  star Danny Miller has hinted that Robert Sugden will take Aaron Dingle's surname after their explosive wedding.

Danny was speaking to This Morning's Sharon Marshall about his character Aaron's wedding alongside Ryan Hawley, who plays Robert.

When asked what surname they'd take, Danny first admitted he wasn't sure what the plans were, adding: "It's a case of whether they get up the aisle first."

Ryan also said: "There's always obstacles in the way in soaps so yeah, we'll have to wait and see how this episode ends first before we can start making plans about names."

But then Danny interjected, joking: "He's becoming a Dingle, I've been waiting years for him to become a Dingle."

And Danny was clearly feeling the love for his co-star this morning as he revealed that Ryan was a "good kisser".

Ryan started by speaking about his character's relationship with Aaron: "At  this point he's completely 100 per cent committed to Aaron and over  the last year you've seen that they've been really there for each other."

Danny added: "The real turning point was last February when we saw all that abuse storyline. It was Robert who  he chose to offload to which  was kind of  the last person you would imagine at that time.

"I think you can tell  that the  characters have had a troubled past and they're both there for each other and they're both a good match for each other in life together without any trouble."

Ryan also spoke about how big Robert and Aaron's fan base has become over the years: "I'd  like to think the reason why  people are particularly fond of the couple is maybe it's authentic and it's not reduced to stereotypes."

He added: "We both commit to  it quite heavily. You can probably see that in the kisses."

When asked whether they expected to become such a gay iconic couple, Danny said: "I've been  kissing lads for years, I'm  alright with it now."

He cheekily added: "Ryan's a good kisser, I   quite like it."

Ryan also complimented Danny's kissing techniqued: "Danny's not  bad himself."
