KATIE Price has admitted to feeling ‘really ugly’ and wanting a facelift, revealing she 'uses surgery like makeup'.
The former glamour model, 46, is famously a fan of going under the knife and underwent her 17th boob job just a few weeks ago.
But, speaking to her sister Sophie, 34, on podcast, she confessed the heartbreaking reason for her constant cosmetic work.
Katie, who is planning her next nip and tuck already, was told off by Sophie for considering the procedure.
The reality star shot back: "Right, so, I know I say facelift. When I get there, it's not necessarily that they're cutting my face and lifting it, it might just be here.
"But, what people have got to understand is, you might think I look pretty or whatever, and I'm looking here thinking, 'I look really ugly.'

"I don't see what you see. I never do, when I look in the mirror, I...
"But then I don't make an effort. If I put make up on every day, I know I can scrub up and look good if i do my makeup but I don't want to get up every day and do makeup cos I've got better things to do.
"So, I use the surgery as if it's makeup, I suppose. So, here, I know that looks better, look. I don't wanna be like that, a twig, cos that's ridiculous."
When Sophie asked if she'll look like Jane Fonda after the facelift, Katie assured that she wouldn't, joking, "No, I just like to wind mum up."

Katie recently opened up about her latest boob job, claiming she needed corrective surgery after having 2120 CC implants to have the biggest boobs in Britain.
Speaking on her podcast, she said: "I've got to get the train to Brussels because on Wednesday, ladies and gentleman, Miss Price gets her boobs done smaller.
"Basically, the reason I'm doing it is because one looks a bit bigger than the other and it's dropped. So they do need doing. My cleavage bit sticks up but it should be down. So it's more like corrective. It's because I've gone big that they've done that so I'm going to go smaller.
"And then on the same day, after my op, get the train back."
Concerned Sophie said: "You must be careful, that does sound a lot."
In December 2022, Katie underwent her 16th operation in Belgium.
At the time of her surgery, a source close to the star told The Sun: "Katie is getting massive 2120 CC implants.
"She wants to have the biggest boobs in the country, and these will certainly set her on her way to that goal."
But in April this year she said she wanted to "go smaller" after trolls mocked her for looking "bigger and butch".
As well as heading home the same day as her operation, Katie revealed that she'll be attending Dublin Pride this weekend.
But a surgeon has warned Katie could be risking her life by not allowing herself to recover.
Dr Omar Tillo, Consultant Plastic Surgeon and Founder of said: "Even though bed rest isn’t strictly necessary after breast augmentation, rest and limited activity are definitely recommended, especially after having numerous procedures.

"Going to a big event like Dublin Pride just days after major surgery carries significant risks. Physical activity and being in a crowd can strain your body, leading to more pain, swelling, or even bleeding at the surgery site.
"There’s also a higher risk of infection in public places where it’s hard to stay sterile. Since your immune system is already working overtime after surgery, being around lots of people can make it easier to get sick and slow down your healing process.
"Plus, overdoing it can delay your recovery and might mean you need more medical help. It’s really important to rest and follow your surgeon’s care instructions to make sure you heal properly."
Mr. Reza Nassab, Consultant Plastic Surgeon and founder of in Manchester went further and warned inadequate recovery could lead to death, in a worst case scenario.
He said: "The main risk with travelling immediately following a procedure is the risk of thrombosis or clots.

"The patient will have been immobile during the procedure and followed by a journey which again will mean the patient is immobile will significantly increase the risk of developing clots. These clots can then travel to the lung and cause a pulmonary embolus.
"This can cause death and some of the stories in the press are due to this. The risk of bleeding is also high since any pressure changes can cause some of the vessels that are sealed to open up and result in active bleeding."
