Tom Daley and Dustin Lance Black put on a united front after Olympic diver’s 18-month affair with male model was exposed
TOM Daley and his fiancé Dustin Lance Black showed no signs of stress as they stepped out together amidst claims the British diver had an 18-month affair with another man.
The 22-year-old and his partner looked comfortable and happy while putting on a united front at the screening of Dustin's LGBT rights period drama When We Rise in San Francisco.
Tom and Dustin put their arms around one another in an assured, relaxed pose as they made their way into the Castro Theatre.
Dressed head to toe in black Tom beamed at the cameras, as he embraced his partner of four years.
Dustin looked a little more serious, smouldering as he posed up in a denim jacket, white shirt, blue tie, black jeans and Converse.
Their united front came in the midst of claims that Tom had embarked on an 18-month long affair with a male model.
British model Edward William started chatting online with Tom after a chance meeting in the street in 2014.
A source told The Sun: "They live near each other in London and caught each other’s eye.
"Ed obviously knew who Tom was, and was single at the time, so sent him a message."
Edward was initially invited to a barbecue at Tom and Dustin’s flat in Borough, South London, and had coffees with the pair, who had recently gone public.

But Tom is then alleged to have invited him round when Dustin, who he called Lance, was out of the country, leaving Ed in no doubt as to his intentions.
Our source said: "Ed said the messages Tom sent would say things like, 'I'm home and horny, can you come round?'
"Others would say, 'Lance is away, are you going to be about?'"
Ed is believed to have told his friends about their meetings and their relationship became an open secret within certain sections of the local gay community.
The insider said: "Ed told them it was a purely physical relationship with not much emotion involved.
"He said Tom was very confident and forward with a huge sex drive."
The Olympic diver admitted to having cyber sex with a fan while he was on a break from Dustin.
The couple have yet to comment, but Dustin posted a cryptic photo on his Instagram page not long after the allegations came out which hinted at his state of mind.
Staring at a rainbow in the distance, Dustin simply wrote 'Hopeful'.
His series When We Rise documents the history of the LGBT rights movement, giving viewers some insight into the evolution of gay rights in the 21st Century starting with the Stonewall riots of 1969.
