Adele sparks fears she’s quit music for good as she reveals she’s taking a ‘big break’ after Las Vegas residency
The pop star is set to end her two-year Las Vegas residency in November
ADELE has sparked fears she’s quit music for good.
The singer, 36, says she’s taking a “big break” after her two-year Las Vegas residency ends in August.
She’s set to perform a run of eight shows in Munich from August 2 before returning back to Las Vegas.
Then from November, Adele says she is stepping back from performing.
She told German Outlet : “I don’t have any plans for new music at all.
“I want a big break after this and I think I want to do other creative things.”
She then reassured fans by adding: “Just for a little while.”
The mini-residency in Munich is being held in an open-air stadium made especially for Adele.
She will then return to Las Vegas in October until her residency ends in November.
The Sun revealed Adele is planning a move back to the UK.
Her long-time assistant Rose Moon moved back to the UK a few weeks back and is believed to be planning the singer’s return.
A source said: “Adele is a Brit through and through and London will always be her home.”
Adele split from her husband Simon Konecki in 2019, but found love with sports agent Rich Paul while living out in America.
She announced the pair had got married last November.
But despite buying Sylvester Stallone’s Beverly Hills mansion for a reported £44million, the pop star is still planning on coming home – unlike the football.
