Geri Horner flashes a smile and looks effortlessly glamorous as she takes new baby Monty on a walk
The former Spice Girl is making sure she keeps active while looking after her month-old son
GERI Horner is certainly taking motherhood in her stride - as she headed out for another walk with baby son Monty in his pram.
The former Spice Girl welcomed her little boy with husband Christian Horner last month, and has been spotted out and about with him on a number of occasions.
On Wednesday, the 44-year-old decided to get some more fresh air, and looked happy and relaxed as she strolled along with a friend.
Wearing a black coat, white trainers and a pair of shades, Geri looked effortlessly stylish as she walked along.
Her outing comes the day after she showed off her amazing post-baby figure as she enjoyed an 'art night' with her 10-year-old daughter Bluebell.
Standing in a pair of black skinny jeans and a black jumper with the word Lion on the front surrounded by green and red panels, Geri giggled as she admitted painting wasn't her best pastime.
As the mother and daughter duo listened to Rag'n'Bone Man's hit track Human, Geri said to the camera: "We're having an art night, I'm really bad but I'm having a go anyway."
As she tried to hide the picture on her easel, she added: "I'm really embarrassed, it's supposed to be [Great British Bake Off winner] Nadiya [Hussain]."
Standing with a cup of red paint, Geri bent over with her giggles before the camera panned to her daughter Bluebell, who looked perplexed by her mum's efforts.
Geri said: "It's Nadiya from the Bake Off", but the news didn't seem to improve things for Bluebell any further.
While the singers artwork didn't seem to impress, her figure certainly did, with her Instagram followers praising her for doing "really well" and that she looked "amazing".
She told : "This time round I was carrying quite a heavy baby - and it certainly felt more of a strain on my ligaments and my pelvis.
"This time I gained more weight physically, but this time the baby was bigger, I think. During pregnancy you never know if its cake or baby!"
Thankfully Geri, who adopted a healthier lifestyle after leaving the girl band in 1998, credits her years of yoga with helping her deal with her pregnancy but wasn't going to be "fanatical" about getting back to her pre-baby weight.
She added: "At the moment the stairs in my house are exercise enough.
"Trust me, I have been there, done it, with all that perfect clean eating, but sometimes it is not sustainable or manageable."
