Jamie O’Hara ‘flirted’ with Lauren Pope the SAME night he confirmed romance with model Elizabeth-Jayne Tierney
JAMIE O'Hara put on a flirty display with pal Lauren Pope at an LGBT dinner on Tuesday night despite confirming his relationship with model Elizabeth-Jayne Tierney.
The footie star, 30, chatted with the former The Only Way Is Essex babe, 34, at the Philip Christopher Baldwin LGBT history month dinner.
A source said: "Jamie and Lauren have been friends for ten years and were catching up in a flirty way.
"Jamie didn't know that many people at the dinner so pal Lauren was helping him to feel comfortable."
It comes despite Jamie exclusively confirming he'd rekindled his romance with ex-girlfriend Elizabeth-Jayne Tierney during the same LGBT history month dinner.
The pair were photographed driving back from a London Fashion Week event just days ago and had also shared a snug selfie on social media.
Speaking at the same dinner, he said: “She was my ex that I split up with a while ago. She’s an amazing girl. I went out with her for a period of time after I left Danielle.
“Things didn’t work out for us but I always held her in a high degree ’cause she was such a nice person.”
The Celebrity Big Brother 2017 contestant called it quits with housemate and model Bianca Gascoigne, 30, three days after the Channel 5 show ended earlier this month.
He had promised her a romantic holiday to Dubai but called it off and explained his decision on social media.
He wrote: “The reason I left it with Bianca was because after I got out and sat down and looked at the whole situation I realised it weren’t for me, I have got a lot going on in my life and she had a boyfriend and he was devastated about the situation, I didn’t know the full extent of the situation until I got out and saw everything, as a man I didn’t do anything wrong I didn’t make any gain out of it.”
In January Lauren Pope's ex-boyfriend Aaron Chalmers told The Sun exclusively that the pair had broken up after a short lived romance.
They split after Aaron allegedly spat food at Lauren during an explosive row but he furiously denied the claims, saying: “I wouldn’t waste food.”
In an exclusive chat with the Sun’s Bizarre column Aaron said: “The truth is we broke up because of the distance but I would never say never about giving things another go.
“Apparently I spat food at Lauren. One. I am not a tramp, two. If I spat food at her she would knock us out and, three, I wouldn’t waste food.
“The story was laughable; everything that was said in the story was lies. We split because of the distance and working commitments – it wasn’t really fair on either of us.
“I’ve seen her in the press for so long and I thought she was going to be stuck up but she was the complete opposite.
“I definitely wasn’t seeing anyone else when Lauren and I were dating – she’s an amazing girl it’s just the wrong time for us at this moment.”
A spokesperson for Jamie declined to comment.
