Kerry Katona’s Instagram flops after she only manages to get 683 followers in a DAY
She tweeted that she’d just opened an account and admitted she didn’t know what she was doing
KERRY Katona has finally joined Instagram but appears to be struggling to gain new followers.
The pop star took to her Twitter account yesterday to let her fans know she had joined the photo-sharing app.
She wrote: “Just started a Instagram account not too sure what I’m doing!”
She then added a laughing face emoji and her Instagram account name – djrosekay – the name of her daughter with husband George Kay.
But 12 hours after she opened the account, despite having 486,000 Twitter followers, her Instagram account had only been followed by 683 people.
She appeared to have got the hang of it quite quickly though and now has three photos on her page.
One showed her made up like a cat using the selfie filter app YouCamFun while another picture showed her and daughter DJ as a mirror image.
And the third, which she posted today, showed her make-up free with a blue bandanna tied around her hair as she pouted for the camera and wrote: “Big kisses to you all.”
Kerry had an emotional reunion with her family last week after touring Australia and New Zealand with Atomic Kitten.
She joined Natasha Hamilton and Michelle Heaton – who replaced Liz McClarnon – for the tour which also saw them take in the sights of Australia, including a climb to the summit of Sydney Harbour Bridge.
But The Atomic Kitten tour wasn’t without incident as Kerry had to pull out of their gig in Perth due to a mystery illness.
However, she later revealed she couldn’t take to the stage because of a back injury.
Speaking on ITV’s Lorraine, Kerry said she’s been struggling with back spasms after wearing a dress that weighed half a stone for her panto role.
