Paloma has two daughters, eight and three, who she shares with her ex-husband Leyman Lehcine.

Speaking ahead of her gig at Margate's Dreamland, Paloma told The Sun: “I have it (mum guilt) all day.

"I had it this morning because I just got back off holiday for two weeks being with my kids all day every day.

“This morning I woke up, got them ready, got their breakfast and then had to go to work and the nanny came and I just was like, I feel really bad.

"Because they are on summer holidays and I wish I could have the same holidays as them from school."

When asked if her children ever attended gigs or visited her on tour, the singer said: “They do sometimes. I mean like they love coming.

“On the tour it's a bit more straightforward but a lot of these festival ones because they're like just one-offs, sometimes I'm in a car on the way home.

"And then it's like driving back in the night and I don't want to make them do that because I think they'll get really tired.

"When it's a tour bus they come when we've got beds on the bus,” she added.

Previously the singer opened up about the breakdown of her marriage and discussed pregnancy in her book Milf: Motherhood, Identity Love and F***ery.

The autobiography is Paloma’s first and reveals how she coped with the breakdown of her 13-year relationship with artist Leyman then built herself back up again.

The music star opened up about how difficult their relationship became following the birth of their first daughter in 2016, Paloma wrote: “Nothing for me has been as painful as the first time I had sex postpartum.

“I felt guilty because it was by now seven months since I had given birth so thought I should have an obligatory try.

“I would say it took nearly two years for me not to feel any pain during sex. That’s a hell of a long time. It wasn’t erotic at all.

“In the end I decided to wince through it. I wanted to reconnect with my partner again. If I am honest I resigned myself to living a life of painful sex for the rest of my days.”

Following the couple’s break-up in 2023 Paloma went on to write her new album The Glorification of Sadness.

It was based on the topics spoken about in her book as well as going into detail about her heartbreak, struggles with fame and her hatred of celebrity parties.
