Lea Michele welcomes second child with husband Zandy Reich as actress shares name and first photo of baby

The delightful news comes just months after Lea announced her pregnancy on Instagram

LEA Michele has given birth to her second child with her husband, Zandy Reich.

The Glee star, 37, shared the news in an Instagram post on Sunday.

"Our hearts are so full Emery Sol Reich," Lea captioned the photo, revealing the little one's name.

"The biggest congratulations on your newest addition," one fan commented.

"I am in love with her name," another gushed.

"She's here!! Oh my God, congrats!!" said a third.

"Welcome to the world beautiful Emery. And congratulations to you and Zandy. To think she's entered a world where her mom was once Rachel Berry," a fourth person wrote, mentioning Lea's character in Glee.

The singer announced her pregnancy in March with a sweet picture of her draped in silk, cradling her bump.

"Mommy, Daddy and Ever are overjoyed," the caption read.

Lea and Zandy welcomed their first-born daughter, Ever Leo, in 2020.

The couple was first linked in 2017; however, they are believed to have been friends for several years before they started dating.

They got married in March 2019 in a North Carolina ceremony.

Lea had been showing off her growing baby bump since publicizing her pregnancy.

In March, the Broadway star shared a clip of her singing at Radio City Music Hall in New York City while cradling her belly.

The star performed at a Democratic fundraiser held at the famous venue.

Lea admitted to her followers that she had yet to perform during her pregnancy and felt that Radio City was the perfect place for her to do so.

She also referred to her unborn child as a "Broadway baby."

Lea is best known for her leading role on Glee and run in the Broadway production of Funny Girl last year.

The TV star's time on Glee didn't hold the fondest memories for some, as she was accused by several of her costars of creating a toxic work environment on the set.

She issued a public apology promising to "do better," but it didn't win over her castmates.

In an interview with EW, Jenna Ushkowitz and Kevin McHale, who played Tina Cohen-Chang and Artie Abrams on the musical comedy series, confessed they had lost touch with Lea in the years since the show wrapped.
