Lauren Goodger reveals jailbird boyfriend Joey Morrisson will be released in time for a summer of romance
The reality star can't wait for her imprisoned love to be freed
LAUREN Goodger just "cannot wait" for her jailbird love to be freed.
The Towie babe's banged up boyfriend Joey Morrisson is due to be released this year, and it seems the reality star is counting down the days.
Taking to instgram she posted a twin picture of the hunky prisoner and wrote next to it: "Not too long now @joeymorrisson starts coming out!! Actually cannot wait, it's going to be a good summer ⌛💯❤Always my man crush everyday ❤"
This is the second post Lauren has shared today about her imprisoned love.
This morning she poured her heart out in another post on Instagram, revealing she "never expected" to be in such a "great" relationship.
Letting a meme speak for her, she posted it with a simple love heart emoji.
It read: "The greatest relationships are the ones you never expected to be in."
The post came hours after Joey returned to Instagram – despite being in prison.
Lauren's relationship with Joey - who was banged up for 18 years for a string of drugs-related offences - has mostly taken place on the phone and on rare days when he is allowed out on day release.
Despite being in prison, Joey has maintained a social media presence, with his newest Instagram account debuting on Saturday night.
A note on the account, which only follows seven other accounts, says he doesn't receive direct messages and that the account is: "FOR WHEN HOME."
Lauren plugged the account on her own Instagram, claiming his old account "just vanished".
And that came after Lauren admitted she wants to be left alone in a furious tweet posted on Wednesday afternoon.
The reality star told her followers she’d had enough of her phone ringing and that she just wanted some peace and quiet.
Lauren told her 1.3 million followers on Twitter: “Some days I just want be left the HELL alone!
“My phone doesn't stop!!! I just want lay in my PJs and watch films and be alone!!”
Lauren’s incredibly busy schedule has been made even more hectic by the hours she spends speaking to Joey from HMP Highpoint South.
She previously said she speaks to Joey “all day everyday” to reassure him about her day to day life.
When she was filming for Channel 5’s In Therapy, 30-year-old Lauren opened up about their relationship.
Lauren explained: “I have to try and reassure him. I give him good answers rather than being like ‘yeah’ and going along with it.
“I talk to him all day, every day.”
Last month she revealed Joey had his own Instagram account that she was looking after and had the caption ‘FOR WHEN HOME’ in the bio.
Images included tattooed Joey looking brooding and shot against a brick wall.
Another featured Lauren and Joey taken during one of her twice-weekly visits.
It's still not know what happened to Joey's Instagram but it did happen just days after Lauren “liked” a girl’s picture who he was following.
A Twitter user named Karis Butler went online to accuse Lauren of spying on her after someone using Joey's Instagram account liked one of her pictures.
She tweeted: “Awkward when you wake up to a notification that @LaurenGoodger has been on her bf's instagram preeing at me & accidentally liked my pic... [sic]”
She added: “At 20 to 5 in the morning though , who's even awake at that time getting busy on their boyfriends instagram...
“Cud [sic] you be a**ed...”
