The publication reports that divorce papers have finally been served after months of split rumours.
The movie beauty is said to have been the one to pull the plug on the marriage, by serving her estrange husband with the paperwork.
Scarlett's lawyer Judith Poller served the divorce filings to Dauriac’s attorney, Harold Mayerson, on Tuesday.
It is set to bring the couple's three-year marriage to an end, and reportedly spark a custody battle over their daughter Rose, who was born in 2014 shortly before her parents tied the knot.
Mayerson said the former couple will be fighting over their young daughter as Dauriac hopes to live with her in France.
The attorney told Page Six: "He would like to move to France with his daughter and Ms. Johansson does a lot of traveling.
"It [the divorce case] will be an interesting process."
Scarlett was previously married to Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds from 2008 to 2011.
