How to access presale events

O2 Priority presale

This is exclusively available to O2 mobile network customers.

If you're an O2 customer, you can access the presale through the O2 Priority app or website.

Co-op Live Arena presale

To participate in the Co-op Live Arena's presale, first you need to become a member of the Manchester venue.

This involves a nominal fee of £1, which is redeemable on your first purchase.

Members will receive then notifications about ticket releases and presale times through the Co-op app.

Live Nation presale

To participate in this presale, you need to sign up for the My Live Nation newsletter.

Maximising your chances

  • Prepare in advance: Set up accounts on Ticketmaster and Live Nation before the sale begins
  • Use multiple devices: Have your computer, phone and tablet ready to increase your chances of getting through
  • Join a ticket queue early: Log in at least 10-15 minutes before the sale starts
  • Be flexible: Have alternative dates in mind in case your first choice sells out
  • Team up: Coordinate with friends or family to try on multiple devices simultaneously
  • Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable and fast internet connection
  • Keep your payment information handy: Have your credit card details ready to complete the purchase quickly

Mistakes to avoid

  • Relying on a single device or browser: This limits your chances of getting through
  • Assuming your old account is active: If you already have an account, double check it is still working, billing info is accurate and saved, and that you can remember the password
  • Refreshing the page repeatedly: This can push you to the back of the queue as ticketing sites use queuing systems when they are busy and warn that refreshing won't move you up the line (the page updates automatically, so once in the queue it's advisable to just wait and keep your fingers crossed)
  • Opening multiple tabs: Accessing the sale from multiple tabs may lead to you losing your place in the queue
  • Not being prepared with presale codes: Make sure you have the necessary codes ready for presale events
  • Falling for scams: Only purchase tickets from official vendors like Ticketmaster, Live Nation and Co-op
