WHILE her boyfriend is behind bars, Lauren Goodger has been busy kissing her female personal trainer in a saucy PDA posted to Instagram.

The former Towie star, 30, enjoyed a wild Saturday night out with personal trainer pal Aimee, who puts her through her paces in sweaty workouts.

The snap shows a seriously glam Lauren - who is dating jailbird Joey Morrison - lean in for a snog wearing a glam green shirt blouse and her hair in a pony tail.

Meanwhile Aimee can be seen doing the same wearing a black top and her hair in loose waves.

Cheeky Lauren captioned the image with the words: "We train hardddd she killed me today 🙄 don't be a green eye 👅👄😁💵 ."

She flooded her Instagram account with no less than seven snaps of the pair and a few other pals detailing their day out.

They started with a swanky lunch at Essex eatery Sheesh before heading to the King William IV bar - a favourite with the Towie crew.

She posted a series of pouty pictures and was clearly excited about her date with the girls.

Earlier in the day, she treated fans to a hunky image of her behind-bars lover and lifted the lid on his plan to flog luxury accessories on Instagram as his business on his release.
