‘Absolutely fuming’ Sam Fender fans slam ticket chaos as tour goes on sale saying ‘that was horrific’
Sam's new tour will span into 2025
SAM Fender fans have been left “absolutely fuming” after battling for tickets during what they dubbed a “horrific” pre-sale.
It came just a day after the star’s followers blasted the initial prices for admission to the upcoming People Watching Tour gigs.
Will We Talk hitmaker Sam, 30, is hitting the road for his first full UK tour since 2022 and will be playing in arenas up and down the country this year before heading to Europe next year.
Yet those vying to see the North Shields star were left blasting the pre-sale process as a “shambles.”
One took to social media site X to write: “£60 standing for Sam Fender but ticketmaster isn’t letting me buy them so had to get the £90 nosebleeds instead !! F**k you ticketmaster xx”
Another put: “Well that Sam Fender pre sale was horrific! Did manage to get tickets tho but ffs can somebody pleaseeeeee make a better solution for ticketmaster.”
One then added: “Sam Fender presale was a bust. Got through the queue after waiting for 40 mins, went to select the tickets that were available, clicked reserve and then access denied.
“Going to gigs just isn’t fun anymore and sites like @seetickets and @Ticketmaster aren’t fit for purpose!”
Another mused: “I got onto ticketmaster at 10:01. I’m sorry but no.
“Was In a lobby for 35 mins. 1 min on ticketmaster and all tickets gone. It’s a shambles.”
Another upset fan added: “I had standing g tickets for Sam Fender but ticketmaster kicked me out now there’s no tickets left.”
One then concluded: “Another thing, if the tickets were going on sale on Ticketmaster, why did we all have to sit in a queue watching that stupid yellow man on Seetickets first?
“Would have been better just to go straight to Ticketmaster at this rate. Well done Sam Fender.”
Yet others had a rathermore positive experience.
One wrote on X of their speedy experience and put: “Got straight through on Ticketmaster, literally zero queue.”
Another quizzed: “Am I the only one who used ticketmaster for Sam Fender. It was so easy.”
