What has Phoebe Waller-Bridge said about new Bond film No Time To Die?
Phoebe revealed that she had been asked “to help out” with the script of the 25th Bond flick.
She told the BBC: “They were just looking for tweaks across a few of the characters and a few of the storylines.”
She also revealed that Bond bosses didn’t ask her to change the series’ narrative in the wake of the #MeToo movement.
Phoebe said: “They were already doing that themselves.
“They’re having that conversation with themselves the whole time. It (her involvement) was much more practical.
“Just, ‘You’re a writer, we need some help with these scenes. And you come up with some dialogue for these characters’.”
What has Phoebe Waller-Bridge said about a third season of Fleabag?
Since Fleabag ended for good back in April 2019, fans have been begging for more.
However, a third season doesn’t look likely.
Speaking backstage at the Emmys 2019 Phoebe said: “To be honest, this just feels like the most beautiful, beautiful way to say goodbye to it, actually.
“It does feel like the story is complete… It does feel right. Go out on a high. You can’t get higher than this.”
How was Phoebe Waller-Bridge involved in Killing Eve?
Phoebe wrote and produced the smash hit series Killing Eve based on novels by Luke Jennings.
The show has been a massive success.
However, she didn’t write season two of the show, but did act as a producer.
It’s not yet known if she will be involved in season three.
Is Phoebe Waller-Bridge married and does she have children?
Phoebe married Irish presenter and documentary filmmaker Conor Woodman in 2014.
But by 2017 the couple had separated and filed for divorce.
Since early 2018, the actress has been in a relationship with English-Irish playwright Martin McDonagh.
The actress doesn’t have any children.
How did Phoebe Waller-Bridge become famous?
Phoebe Waller-Bridge is a 34-year-old actress who was born and raised in West London.
She made her acting debut in 2009 at the Soho Theatre.
The star first introduced the world to Fleabag back in 2014 when it was a one woman show at the Edinburgh Festival.
Phoebe got her first shot at fame in 2015, starring in the second series of ITV drama Broadchurch as junior barrister Abby Thompson.
But she really launched to fame in 2016 when the first series of Fleabag aired on BBC Two.
Fans then had to wait until 2019 for the second series which was a massive success.
Phoebe made the leap from the small screen to the big screen as android L3-37 in the Hans Solo origins film – Solo: A Star Wars Story.
In 2019, Phoebe co-wrote the screenplay for No Time to Die – the 25th James Bond film, along with Neal Purvis and Robert Wade.
