HONEY Boo Boo’s jaw drops when she sees Mama June for the first time since her drastic weight loss surgery.
The 37-year-old went under the knife to help her drop the pounds and now the matriarch has gone from weighing 33st to a svelte UK size eight.

Honey Boo Boo, 11, admitted she was worried she wouldn’t know who her mum was when she was waiting for the big reveal.
She said in the preview for Mama June: From Hot To Not: “They wouldn’t let her come home until they could make sure that she wouldn’t have no nerve damage.”
“I’m really scared that I’m not even going to recognise who she is.”
Mama June’s 17-year-old daughter Pumpkin appears more prepared, telling Honey: “Her double chin is gone, her bat wings are gone. She’s going to look like a completely different person.”

As the girls await their mum’s homecoming, Mama Junes sister Doe Doe tells the cameras: “[I can’t] even remember what June looks like without a turkey neck.”
When Mama June finally makes her entrance, little Honey Boo Boo’s face is a picture as she declares: “Oh my lord.”
